Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul, “Pembelajaran Pupuh Raehan pada Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Paduan Suara di SMP Negeri 6 Cimahi”. Peneltian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya upaya pelestarian budaya kesenian tradisional Sunda khususnya seni pupuh pada sekolah menengah pertama. Fokus permasalahan yang dikaji meliputi strategi pembelajaran pupuh raehan, dan hasil yang diperoleh dari pembelajaran pupuh raehan pada kegiatan ekstrakurikuler paduan suara di SMP Negeri 6 Cimahi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis proses pembelajaran pupuh raehan di SMP Negeri 6 Cimahi. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, materi pembelajaran terfokus pada pupuh magatru raehan dengan terapan metode ceramah, demonstrasi, tanya jawab, imitasi, drill, tugas dan resitasi, kerja kelompok, serta problem solving. Hasil pembelajaran dapat dilihat dari kekompakan siswa dalam membawakan pupuh magatru raehan. Kata Kunci : Pembelajaran, Pupuh ABSTRACT This study is entitled, "Learning of Pupuh Raehan in Choir Extracurricular Activities in SMPN 6 Cimahi 6". This research is motivated by the efforts to preserve traditional Sundanese art culture, especially the art of pupuh in junior high schools. The focus of the problem studied includes the pupuh raehan learning strategy, and the results obtained from the pupuh raehan learning in the choir extracurricular activities at SMPN 6 Cimahi. This research uses descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. This study aims to describe and analyze the learning process of pupuh raehan in SMPN 6 Cimahi. Based on research findings, learning material is focused on the pupuh magatru raehan with applied lecture, demonstration, question and answer, imitation, drill, assignment and recitation, group work, and problem solving methods. Learning outcomes can be seen from the cohesiveness of students in performance the pupuh magatru raehan. Keywords : Learning, Pupuh
