Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya gejala menurunnya semangat nasionalisme bangsa Indonesia khususnya di kalangan generasi muda atau yang disebut “ defisit nasionalisme” yakni berkurangnya semangat nasionalisme, lebih-lebih dikalangan berpendidikan dan mapan secara ekonomi. Pemberlakuan Kurikulum 2013 yang menetapkan pendidikan Pramuka sebagai kegiatan ekstrakurikuler wajib ditengarai merupakan langkah antisipatif untuk membangun kembali semangat nasionalisme yang telah memudar di kalangan generasi muda. Untuk itu, penelitian ini diorientasikan untuk menghasilkan konsep model Pendidikan Kepramukaan berbasis kearifan lokal untuk mengembangkan sikap nasionalisme pada Penegak Bantara di SMA Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan grounded research, dengan human instrument dan peran peneliti sebagai key instrument. Data penelitian juga dikoleksi dengan memanfaatkan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dengan menggunakan partisipatory research penggalian data di lapangan dilaksanakan dalam empat tahap yakni (1) studi pendahuluan ; (2) studi lapangan; (3) perumusan konseptual dan konfirmasi empirik ; dan (4) revisi, validasi hasil dan penemuan konseptual. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan model analisis interaktif, yaitu analisis data melalui empat komponen analisis, yang meliputi tahap (1) reduksi data, (2) sajian data, (3) penarikan kesimpulan, dan (4) verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa nilai kearifan lokal dan nilai nasionalisme dapat diimplementasikan dalam pendidikan Pramuka dengan mengelaborasi butir-butir Syarat Kecakapan Umum (SKU) yang bermuatan nilai nasionalisme kedalam materi pendidikan kepramukaan. Implementasi pengembangan sikap nasionalisme berbasis kearifan lokal dalam pendidikan kepramukaan dapat diaktualisasikan melalui tiga model, yakni model blok, model aktualisasi dan model reguler. Pelaksanaan model blok bersifat “khas” bergaya selingkung sekolah, model aktualisasi penanaman nilai nasionalisme diintegrasikan dengan mata pelajaran intrakurikuler yang relevan yakni Pendidikan Kewareganegaraan (PKn) dan model reguler penanaman nilai nasionalisme didesain selazimnya sebuah aktivitas ekstrakurikuler biasa. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menemukan bahwa model pendidikan Pramuka berbasis kearifan lokal dapat diterapkan di sekolah untuk mengembangkan sikap nasionalisme yang diintegrasikan dengan bidang studi PKn dalam model, blok, model aktualisasi maupun model reguler. ;---The studywas motivated by the presence of Indonesian nationalism reduction symptoms, especially in young generation, or so-called “defisitnationalisme' which means the reduction of nationalism spirit, especially among educated andwell-establishedpeople. The implementation of 2013 Curriculum which applies scout education as a compulsory extracurricular considered as a step of anticipation in building the nationalism spirit that has been faded among the youth. Therefore, the research is orienting to produce the concept of Scout Education model based on Local Wisdom to develop nationalism to PenegakBantara in Malang High School.The study uses qualitative method with grounded research approach, with human instrument and researcher role as the key instrument. The research data was also collected using observation, interview, and documentation technique. Using the participatory research, the research collection was done in four phase which are (1) preliminary study; (2) field study; (3) conceptual formulation and empirical confirmation; and (4) revision, result validation, and conceptual invention. Data analysis technique was done by interactive analysis model which is data analysis through four analysis components, that are, (1) data reduction; (2) data presentation; (3) conclusion; (4) verification.The result of the study could be formulated that the concept of scout education model is applicable and it could be developed in schools with three models, that are, (1) Block Model, (2) Actualization Model, and (3) Regular Model. Local wisdom values are elaborated differently in those three different models. In Block Model, the investment of nationalism value is designed with a “unique” school style in implementing scout activities. The Actualization model embeds the nationalism value integrated with relevant subject and related to the indicator achievement that has been assigned in (General Skills Requirement) SyaratKecakapanUmum (SKU) of Scout. In Regular Model, the investment of nationalism value is designed necessarily as a normal extracurricular activity. The final conclusion of this study, the concept of scout education model based on local wisdom could be implemented in school learning to develop nationalism that has been integrated into the actualization model of scout education.
