Abstract

Legenda Putri Hijau di Kabupaten Rokan Hilir merupakan kisah perjalanan hidup seorang putri yang sangat cantik. Ia menjadi idaman para raja dari berbagai negeri. Ia juga mempunyai keistimewaan, yakni apabila ia sedang bahagia akan memancar cahaya hijau dari dalam tubuhnya. Dari segi karakter, Putri Hijau merupakan seorang putri yang berkarakter teguh pendirian, pantang menyerah dan memiliki semangat juang yang tinggi untuk mencapai keinginannya terutama keinginan untuk menemukan jodoh yang tidak ada bekas luka di bagian kepalanya. Secara tersirat legenda Putri Hijau di Kabupaten Rokan Hilir menyampaikan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yang sangat penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan struktur teks legenda Putri Hijau di Kabupaten Rokan Hilir, mendeskripsikan proses penciptaan, dan pewarisan, konteks penuturan, fungsi legenda Putri Hijau di Kabupaten Rokan Hilir, dan mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yang berpedoman pada Perpres Nomor 87 Tahun 2017, serta menyusun bahan ajar berupa buku pengayaan pengetahuan di SMA. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan cara analisis deskripstif kualitatif. Peneliti menemukan legenda Putri Hijau di Kabupaten Rokan Hilir dalam dua varian atau versi. Proses penciptaan dan pewarisan legenda Putri Hijau I dan II diceritakan oleh penutur pada saat wawancara adalah bersifat vertikal yakni, penutur terdahulu mewariskan cerita tersebut secara turun temurun, dari generasi satu ke generasi berikutnya. Hasil analisis legenda Putri Hijau di Kabupaten Rokan Hilir, terdapat nilai-nilai utama Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter (PKK) yakni, nilai religius, nilai nasionalis, nilai mandiri, nilai gotong royong dan nilai integritas. Hasil penelitian legenda Putri Hijau di Kabupaten Rokan Hilir dimanfaatkan untuk penyusunan bahan ajar berupa buku pengayaan pengetahuan di SMA.;----The Putri Hijau in Rokan Hilir Regency is the story of the life of a very beautiful princess. He became the dream of kings from various countries. He also has a special feature, that is, if he is happy he will emit green light from his body. In terms of character, Putri Hijau is a daughter who is steadfast in character, never gives up and has a high fighting spirit to achieve her desire, especially the desire to find a mate with no scars on her head. Implicitly the Putri Hijau legend in Rokan Hilir Regency conveyed very important character education values. This study aims to describe the text structure of the Putri Hijau legend in Rokan Hilir Regency, describing the process of creation, and inheritance, the context of narration, the function of the Putri Hijau legend in Rokan Hilir Regency, and describing character education values based on Perpres No. 87 of 2017, and compiling teaching materials in the form of knowledge enrichment books in high school. The research method used in this research is qualitative descriptive analysis. Researchers found the legend of the Putri Hijau in Rokan Hilir Regency in two variants or versions. The process of the creation and inheritance of the legend of the Putri Hijau I and II told by speakers at the time of the interview is vertical, that is, the previous speakers inherited the story from generation to generation, from generation to generation. The results of the analysis of the Putri Hijau legend in Rokan Hilir Regency, there are the main values of Strengthening Character Education (PKK) namely, religious values, nationalist values, independent values, mutual cooperation values and integrity values. The results of the Putri Hijau legend research in Rokan Hilir Regency were used to compile teaching materials in the form of knowledge enrichment books in high school.
