Abstract

Penerimaan diri adalah kemampuan peserta didik Kelas XI SMAN 10 Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019 untuk merasa puas dengan diri sendiri dan menerima segala keadaan yang ada dalam dirinya. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan penerimaan diri pada peserta didik dengan merancang program bimbingan pribadi. Penyelenggaraan bimbingan pribadi didasari pada upaya memfasilitasi peserta didik agar mampu mengembangkan potensi dirinya atau mencapai tugas-tugas perkembangannya. Tujuan penelitian adalah menggambarkan secara empirik profil penerimaan diri peserta didik Kelas XI dan implikasinya terhadap layanan bimbingan pribadi di SMAN 10 Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah peserta didik Kelas XI SMAN 10 Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan: (1) sebagian besar siswa memiliki penerimaan diri pada kategori sedang; (2) program bimbingan pribadi disusun berdasarkan hasil penelitian berkenaan dengan profil penerimaan diri peserta didik yang telah diperoleh. Rekomendasi diberikan kepada pihak sekolah agar memfasilitasi pelaksanaan program, kepada guru bimbingan dan konseling agar mencoba mengimplementasikan program bimbingan pribadi untuk meningkatkan penerimaan diri peserta didik, dan kepada peneliti selanjutnya agar dapat meneliti penerimaan diri dari faktor-faktor lainnya;---Self-acceptance was the skill of students of eleventh grade at SMAN 10 Bandung School Year 2018/2019 to feel satisfied with their self and accepted all conditions that exist within them. The effort can be made to increase self-acceptance of students by designing personal guidance program. Establishing personal guidance was based on effort to facilitated students in order to be able improved their potential or achieved their development assignments. The objective of this research describes empirically the profile of self-acceptance students at eleventh grade and implication the service of personal guidance in SMAN 10 Bandung School Year 2018/2019. The sample of this research was the students at eleventh grade at SMAN 10 Bandung School Year 2018/2019. The result of this research: (1) most of students had self-acceptance on medium category; (2) personal guidance program was arranged based on the result of the research which related with self-acceptance students profile that was obtained. The recommendation was given to the school in order do facilitate The implementation of program, do The guidance and counseling teacher in order to try to implement personal guidance program for improving students self-acceptance, and for further researcher to De Gable assess self-acceptance krom other factors.
