Abstract

Advertising atau periklanan merupakan salah satu upaya dalam memasarkan barang atau jasa. Media yang digunakan berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas periklanan yang dilakukan. Media advertising merupakan salah satu tugas yang dibuat mahasiswa Pendidikan Tata Busana pada pembelajaran mata kuliah Komputer Terapan.dan perlu dinilai guna memperoleh data mengenai kemampuan serta keberhasilan mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan pada mata kuliah Komputer Terapan, diperoleh data bahwa alat penilaian tugas media advertising yang digunakan masih bersifat global dan belum terperinci dalam mengkur ketercapaian proses pembelajaran dan kemampuan yang berkaitan dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pada pembuatan media advertising bidang busana, sehingga perlu dilakukan pengembangan alat penilaian yang lebih spesifik dan diharapkan dapat dipakai dalam mengukur kemampuan mahasiswa melalui hasil tugas media advertising bidang busana. Alat Penilaian yang dibuat berupa rubrik penilaian menggunakan jenis penilaian produk dengan teknis nontes berupa skala bertingkat (rating scale). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D), yaitu metode untuk membuktikan hasil dari keefektifan suatu objek yang diteliti dengan cara menyusun suatu instrumen berisi indikator penilaian. Tahapan dalam penelitian ini yaitu melakukan studi pendahuluan, pembuatan alat penilaian, tahap validasi, tahap revisi, dan analisis hasil validasi. Hasil validasi yang dilakukan oleh ahli evaluasi dan ahli materi menunjukkan alat penilaian media advertising bidang busana yang telah dibuat “Sangat Layak” dengan perolehan rata-rata persentase 100% dari ahli evaluasi, dan 91,7% dari ahli materi sehingga diharapkan alat penilaian dapat digunakan dalam menilai tugas media advertising bidang busana. Kata Kunci : Alat Penilaian, Penilaian Produk, Media Advertising Bidang Busana, Komputer Terapan Advertising is one of the efforts in marketing goods or services. The media used affect the effectiveness of advertising activity. Advertising media is one of the task made by Fashion Design Education students in learning Applied Computer course and need to be assessed in order to obtain data about the abilities and success of students in learning. Based on the preliminary study in the Applied Computer course, the data obtained that the lecturer tended to use the task assessment of advertising are still global and have not been detailed in measuring the achievement of the learning process and capabilities related to knowledge and skills in making advertising media in the field of fashion so that it was necessary to do the research regarding the development of more specific assessment tool and it was expected could be used in measuring student’s ability through the assignment results of advertising media in the field of fashion. The assessment tool is made in the form of an assessment rubric using a type of product assessment with non-technical techniques in the form of rating scale. This study used Research and Development method (R&D) in which it was used to prove the effectiveness of the object that was investigated by composing an instrument contained assessment indicators. The phases of this study were conducting the preliminary study, creating the assessment tool, validating, revising, and analyzing the result of validation. The validation results that carried out by the evaluation expert and material expert showed that the task assessment of advertising media in the field of fashion that had been created was "highly eligible” with the average of the percentage 100% from the evaluation expert, and 91,7% from the material expert. Therefore, based on the result obtained, this tool of assessment is expected can be used in assessing the task of advertising media in the field of fashion.
