    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kompetensi strategis
    matematis antara siswa yang mendapatkan pembelajaran model team based
    learning dengan siswa yang mendapatkan pembelajaran konvensional dan
    mengetahui respons siswa terhadap pembelajaran matematika dengan menerapkan
    model team based learning. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian
    ini adalah Nonequivalent Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Populasi dalam
    penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI di SMK Daarut Tauhiid Boarding
    School Bandung. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak dua kelas,
    dengan kelas eksperimen berjumlah 27 siswa dan kelas kontrol berjumlah 25
    siswa. Cara pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik
    purposive sample. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1. Peningkatan
    kompetensi strategis matematis siswa yang menggunakan model team based
    learning lebih tinggi secara signifikan daripada siswa yang menggunakan model
    pembelajaran konvensional; 2. Sebagian besar siswa memberikan respons positif
    terhadap pembelajaran matematika dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran
    team based learning.
    ;---This study aimed to compare an increase of strategic competency of mathematics
    between team-based learning model and the conventional learning model and to
    observe the response of students on math by implementing team-based learning
    model. This study used Nonequivalent Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. 52
    students from two classes (XI grade) at Daarut Tauhid Boarding School
    participated in this study in which was divided into two group, 27 students as
    experiment group and 25 students as a control group. Purposive sampling was a
    sampling technique applied in this study. As a result: 1. An increase of strategic
    competency of math in team-based learning model group was high compared to
    the conventional learning model group, 2. most students had a positive response
    on learning math using team-based learning model
