    Abstract

    Tugas Akhir ini membahas tentang pembuatan belt grinding
    tungsten. Yang bertujuan untuk menggerinda elektroda tungsten agar sesuai
    sudut tungsten. Belt grinding tungsten yang dibuat untuk mengasah tungsten
    Ø2,4 mm dan Ø1,6 mm dengan sudut kelancipan 140. Pembuatan belt
    grinding tungsten juga untuk memperoleh gambaran nyata tentang waktu
    dan biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk pembuatan alat tersebut . Proses
    pembuatan komponen-komponen Belt Grinding Tungsten meliputi: 1)
    cutting; 2) turning; 3) drilling dan 4) welding. Secara teoritis total waktu
    dan biaya produksi yang dibutuhkan adalah 3,79 jam dan Rp. Rp.
    451.858,00. Biaya material yang dibutuhkan adalah Rp. 430.100,00,
    ;---This final project discusses the making of belt grinding tungsten. It
    aims to grind the tungsten electrode to fit the tungsten angle. Belt grinding
    tungsten made to sharpen tungsten Ø2,4 mm and Ø1,6 mm with angle of
    140. Making of belt grinding tungsten also to get real picture about time and
    cost needed for making the tool. The manufacturing process of Belt
    Grinding Tungsten components includes: 1) cutting; 2) turning; 3) drilling
    and 4) welding. Theoretically the total time and production cost required is
    3.79 hours and Rp. Rp. 451.858,00. Material cost required is Rp.
    430.100.00.
