Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh implementasi asesmen formatif portfolio check dengan feedback terhadap penguasaan konsep dan habits of mind siswa pada materi asam basa. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan pretest-posttest nonequivalent control group design. Jumlah subjek baik pada kelas eksperimen maupun kelas kontrol masing-masing sebanyak 31 siswa di salah satu Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Kabupaten Ciamis. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu tes penguasaan konsep, kuesioner habits of mind, angket respon siswa dan pedoman wawancara. Siswa pada kelas eksperimen menggunakan asesmen formatif portpolio check dengan feedback, sedangkan pada kelas kontrol menggunakan asesmen formatif tanpa portpolio check dengan feedback. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan: (1) rata-rata selisih pretes ke postes untuk kelas eksperimen sebesar 37,26 sedangkan kelas kontrol sebesar 27,10 dengan hasil uji t diperoleh nilai p sebesar 0,001 yang bermakna terdapat perbedaan signifikan rata-rata selisih pretes ke postes kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. (2) rata-rata habits of mind siswa sebelum dan sesudah implementasi asesmen formatif portfolio check dengan feedback berturut-turut sebesar 3,12 dan 3,46 dengan hasil uji Mann Whitney diperoleh nilai p sebesar 0,001 yang bermakna terdapat perbedaan signifikan rata-rata habits of mind siswa. (3) hasil angket dan wawancara sebagian besar siswa merespon positif terhadap implementasi asesmen formatif portfolio check dengan feedback. Dari hasil tersebut disimpulkan bahwa implementasi asesmen formatif portfolio check dengan feedback berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan penguasaan konsep dan habits of mind siswa. ..... This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of formative assessment portfolio check with feedback on mastery of concept and habits of mind of students on acid-base topic. The method used is a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest nonequivalent control group design. The number of subjects both in the experimental class and control class respectively of 31 students in one of the Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Ciamis District. The instruments used are tests mastery of concept, questionnaires habits of mind, the questionnaire responses of student and interview guidelines. Students in the experimental class using formative assessment portfolio check with feedback, while the control class using formative assessment without portfolio check and feedback. The result showed: (1) average pretest to posttest for experimental class is 37.26 while the control class is 27.10 with a t-test result obtained p-value is 0.001 which means that there are significant differences in the average experimental class and control class. (2) average students habits of mind before and after implementation of formative assessment portfolio check with feedback respectively 3.12 and 3.46 with the results obtained by Mann Whitney test p-value is 0.001 which means there is a significant differences in the average student habits of mind. (3) The result questionnaires and interview that most of the students responded positively to the implementation of formative assessment portfolio check with feedback. It can be concluded that the implementation of formative assessment portfolio check with feedback effect on increasing mastery of concept and habits of mind students.
