Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi yang dibuktikan dengan rata-rata hasil Penilaian Akhir Semester (PAS) tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 yang masih kurang dari Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM) pada beberapa SMA Negeri Kota Bandung di Wilayah A. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana tingkat self-efficacy; tingkat disiplin belajar; dan tingkat hasil belajar, pengaruh tingkat self-efficacy terhadap tingkat hasil belajar, pengaruh tingkat disiplin belajar berperan memediasi pengaruh tingkat self-efficacy terhadap tingkat hasil belajar. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei eksplanatori dan teknik analisis data yaitu analisis regresi berganda dengan variabel mediasi. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS pada mata pelajaran ekonomi SMA Negeri Kota Bandung Wilayah A sebanyak 377 siswa. Dengan menggunakan teknik sampel Slovin sebanyak 194 siswa yang mewakili Wilayah A. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Tingkat self- efficacy berada pada kategori sedang; tingkat disiplin belajar berada pada kategori sedang; dan rata-rata tingkat hasil belajar cenderung berada di bawah KKM. (2) Tingkat self-efficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap tingkat hasil belajar. (3) Tingkat disiplin belajar dapat memediasi pengaruh tingkat self-efficacy terhadap tingkat hasil belajar. Kata Kunci: Self-efficacy, Disiplin Belajar, Hasil Belajar Siswa. This research is based on student learning outcomes in economic subjects as evidenced by the average results of the final semester evaluation (PAS) of 2018/2019 academic year which is still less than the Minimum Criteria (KKM) in some Bandung City Senior High Schools A. This study aims to determine the extent of the level of self-efficacy; level of learning discipline; and the level of learning outcomes, the effect of the level of self-efficacy on the level of learning outcomes, the influence of the level of learning disciplines mediating the effect of the level 0f self-efficacy on the level of learning outcomes. The population in this study were 377 students subjects of economics senior high school in Bandung City. By using Slovin sample techniques as many as 194 students representing the City of Bandung. The method used is explanatory survei and data analysis techniques, namely multiple regression analysis with mediating variables. The results of the study show that: (1) Level of self-efficacy are in the medium category; level of learning discipline in the medium category; and the average learning outcomes tend to be under the KKM. (2) Level of self-efficacy positively takes effect level of learning outcomes. (3) level of lerning discipline partially mediating the influence level of self-efficacy on level of learning outcomes.
