Abstract

Nur Irfan Ramadhan (1400575), “Pengaruh Fasilitas Belajar Sekolah dan Motivasi Belajar terhadap Hasil Belajar (Pada Siswa Kelas XI konsentrasi Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran SMK Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi)”. Di bawah bimbingan Dr. H. Hari Mulyadi M.Si. dan Drs.H. Eded Tarmedi. M.A. Pendidikan merupakan salah satu bidang yang mempunyai peranan besar dalam pembangunan di suatu negera selain bidang ekonomi, politik, keamanan, dan sebagainya. Maju mundurnya bangsa banyak ditentukan oleh maju mundurnya pendidikan, oleh karena itu pendidikan harus dilaksanakan sebaik baiknya agar memperoleh hasil yang maksimal. hasil belajar merupakan tolak ukur keberhasilan suatu proses pembelajaran dengan kata lain hasil belajar yang diperoleh peserta didik mencerminkan tingkat penguasaan peserta didik terhadap materi yang diajarkan. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar diantaranya: Faktor Internal, yaitu faktor yang berasal dari dalam diri siswa yang dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa. Yang terdiri dari 1) Kondisi fisiologis 2) Kondisi psikologis antara lain kecerdasan, bakat, minat, motivasi, dan kemampuan kognitif/penalaran. Faktor Eksternal, yaitu faktor yang berasal dari luar diri siswa yang memepengaruhi hasil belajar siswa terdiri dari 1) Faktor lingkungan alam, antara lain ingkungan alam dan lingkungan sosial, 2) Faktor Instrumental antara lain Kurikulum, program, serta sarana prasarana dan fasilitas.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh (1) gambaran fasilitas belajar, (2) gambaran motivasi belajar, (3) gambaran hasil belajar, (4) pengaruh fasilitas belajar dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar, dan. Metode yang digunakan explanatory survey yang dijadikan menjadi sampel berjumlah 105 responden. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah regresi liniear berganda dengan alat bantu software komputer Statistical Product for Service Solutions (SPSS) 24.0 for windows. Fasilitas dan Motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar. Kata kunci: Fasilitas Belajar, Motivasi Belajar, Hasil Belajar. The progress of the retreat of the nation is largely determined by the back and forth of education, therefore education must be carried out as well as possible in order to obtain maximum results. learning outcomes are a measure of the success of a learning process in other words the learning outcomes obtained by students reflect the level of mastery of students in the material taught. Factors that influence learning outcomes include: Internal factors, namely factors that originate from within students that can affect student learning outcomes. Which consists of 1) Physiological conditions 2) Psychological conditions include intelligence, talent, interest, motivation, and cognitive / reasoning abilities. External factors, namely factors originating from outside the student who influence student learning outcomes consist of 1) Natural environment factors, including natural environment and social environment, 2) Instrumental factors include curriculum, programs, as well as facilities and infrastructure .. Research this aims to obtain (1) description of learning facilities, (2) description of learning motivation, (3) description of learning outcomes, (4) influence of learning facilities and motivation to learn on learning outcomes, and. The method used explanatory survey which is used as a sample is 105 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with Statistical Product for Service Solutions (SPSS) 24.0 for Windows software. Learning school learning facilities and learning motivation have a positive and significant influence on learning Outcomes.
