Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya siswa di SMA Negeri se-Kota Bandung yang hasil belajarnya masih di bawah KKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi guru dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu SMA yang berstatus negeri di Bandung. Sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 224 siswa kelas XI IPS dari SMA Negeri 4 Bandung, SMA Negeri 8 Bandung, SMA Negeri 9 Bandung, SMA Negeri 14 Bandung dan SMA Negeri 15 Bandung. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey eksplanatori. Teknik analisis data yaitu analisis regresi berganda dengan variabel mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (i) kompetensi guru berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar, (ii) motivasi belajar berperan memediasi pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap hasil belajar. This research is motivated by the number of students in Senior High School as Bandung District whose learning result is still under KKM. This study aimed to determined the effect of Competence of Teacher and learning motivation for student learning outcomes on economic subjects. The population in this research is Senior High School with state status in Bandung. Samples studied ware 224 students of class XI IPS from Senior High School of 4 Bandung, Senior High School of 8 Bandung, Senior High School of 9 Bandung, Senior High School of 14 Bandung and Senior High School of 15 Bandung. The method used was explanatory survey. Data analysis technique used was analysis regression multiplier with mediation model. The results showed that: competence of teacher had a positive effect on student learning outcomes. learning motivation has a positive effect on student learning outcomes. And learning motivation had a role mediate the effect of Competence of Teacher on learning outcomes.
