Hubungan Persepsi Anak Asuh Tentang Dukungan Sosial dengan Orientasi Masa Depan Bidang Pendidikan (Studi Korelasional terhadap Remaja Usia Sekolah Menengah yang Berada di Panti Asuhan Tambatan Hati). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi anak asuh tentang dukungan sosial, bagaimana orientasi masa depan bidang pendidikan yang dimiliki anak asuh, dan mengetahui bagaimana hubungan antara persepsi anak asuh tentang dukungan sosial pendidikan terhadap orientasi masa depan bidang pendidikan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode studi korelasional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 54 remaja panti asuhan yang tinggal di Yayasan Panti Asuhan Tambatan Hati. Remaja yang termasuk sampel pada penelitian adalah remaja dengan rentang usia sekolah menengah pertama (SMP) sampai sekolah menengah atas (SMA) .Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrument persepsi dukungan sosial dan instrument orientasi masa depan bidang pendidikan yang telah dikembangkan oleh peneliti. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik korelasi Spearman Rank. Dari penelitian diperoleh hasil persepsi anak asuh tentang dukungan sosial hanya mempengaruhi kemampuan orientasi masa depan bidang pendidikan sebesar 15,68%. Sedangkan sebagian besar lainnya, dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. diantaranya adalah status sosial, hubungan dengan orang tua, hubungan dengan teman sebaya, konsep diri, serta perkembangan kognitif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, peneliti merekomendasikan kepada pihak panti asuhan untuk lebih meningkatkan dukungan sosial kepada remaja panti agar remaja panti memiliki persepsi yang lebih baik tentang dukungan sosial sehingga memiliki orientasi masa depan yang lebih baik. This study aims to determine the perception of foster children about social support, how the future orientation of the field of education owned by foster children, and find out how the relationship between the perception of foster children about social education support to the future orientation of the field of education. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach with correlational study methods. The research sample consisted of 54 teenage orphanages living in Tambat Hati Orphanage Foundation. The adolescents included in the sample of the study were adolescents with the age range of junior high school (SMP) to senior high school (SMA). Data collection was carried out using instruments of perception of social support and instruments of future orientation in the field of education that had been developed by researchers. The analysis technique used is the Spearman Rank correlation technique. From the research, the results of the perception of foster children about social support only affect the ability of future orientation in education by 15.68%. While most of the others, are influenced by other factors. among them are social status, relationships with parents, relationships with peers, self-concept, and cognitive development. Based on the research results obtained, the researcher recommends the orphanage to further increase social support for adolescent orphans so that adolescent orphans have a better perception of social support so that they have a better future orientation.
