Abstract
Berdasarkan pengalaman yang dialami peneliti ketika Praktek Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) di SMK Prakarya Internasional terdapat hambatan belajar yang dialami siswa yang ditandai dengan hasil belajar yang belum mencapai batas Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi berprestasi terhadap mata pelajaran pekerjaan dasar otomotif (PDO) di SMK Prakarya Internasional. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ex post facto, data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan angket kepada responden yaitu siswa kelas X di SMK Prakarya Internasional. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu dengan teknik sampling jenuh, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 69 siswa. Data diolah menggunakan program SPSS (Statistical Package for Sosial Science) versi 20. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) Terdapat hubungan antara motivasi berprestasi terhadap hasil belajar siswa, signifikansi <0,05, yaitu 0,000 dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,993. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berprestasi memiliki hubungan yang mendekati sempurna terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Arah hubungannya adalah positif, artinya kenaikan motivasi berprestasi akan diikuti dengan kenaikan hasil belajar siswa. ..... Based on the experience that is experienced group of researchers from when the PPL in smk international the art projects there is the problem of of learning which students from getting possessed whose work was characterized by of study result of the who have not yet get to the limit of the KKM . The purpose of this study was to know the correlation of achievement motivation toward automotive basic job subject (PDO) at SMK Prakarya Internasional. The method used in this study is ex post facto, the data obtained by spreading the questionnaire to the respondents are the students of class X in SMK Prakarya Internasional. Sampling technique used is with sampling technique saturated, obtained sample of 69 student. The data were processed using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 20. The results of this study are: There is correlation between achievement motivation to student learning result, significance <0,05, which is 0.000 with correlation coefficient 0,993. This suggests that achievement motivation has a very strong correlation to student learning outcomes. The direction of the correlation is positive, meaning that the increase in achievement motivation will be followed by the increase in student learning results.
