Abstract

Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya tingkat perilaku prososial pada peserta didik di kelompok sosial ekonomi keluarga tingkat bawah dibandingkan kelompok sosial ekonomi atas. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menggambarkan secara empirik perbedaan perilaku prososial berdasarkan status sosial ekonomi keluarga peserta didik. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif komparatif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh yaitu seluruh peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Lembang Tahun Ajaran 2018-2019 yang berjumlah 338 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data perilaku prososial menggunakan kuesioner respons perilaku prososial, sedangkan data status sosial ekonomi menggunakan lembar isian mengenai pendidikan dan pekerjaan orang tua. Analisis perbandingan dilakukan dengan menguji probability value (p-value) menggunakan aplikasi Winstep (Pemodelan Rasch) pada skor perilaku prososial setiap kelompok status sosial ekonomi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara umum tingkat perilaku prososial peserta didik SMP Negeri 1 Lembang Tahun Ajaran 2018-2019 berada pada tingkatan Compliance & Concrete, Defined Reinforcement. Selanjutnya hasil analisis perbandingan menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan dari masing-masing skor perilaku prososial peserta didik berdasarkan status sosial ekonomi. Rekomendasi penelitian yaitu bagi guru BK dapat merancang program bimbingan dan konseling yang mampu mengarahkan pencapaian perilaku prososial yang tinggi menggunakan layanan bimbingan kelompok.;--The research was motivated by the low level of prosocial behavior among students in the lower socio-economic group of families compared to the upper socio-economic groups. The aim of the research is to describe empirically the differences in prosocial behavior based on the socioeconomic status of the students' families. The study uses a quantitative approach with a comparative descriptive method. The sample used is saturated samples, namely all students of 8th Grade SMP Negeri 1 Lembang in 2018-2019 Academic Year, totaling 338 people. Data collection techniques for prosocial behavior using a prosocial behavior response questionnaire, while socioeconomic status data using a sheet about education and employment of parents. Comparative analysis was carried out by testing the probability value (p-value) using the Winstep (Rasch Model) on the prosocial behavior scores of each group of socioeconomic status. The results showed, in general, the level of prosocial behavior of students of 8th Grade SMP Negeri 1 Lembang in 2018-2019 Academic Year was in the Compliance & Concrete, Defined Reinforcement category. Furthermore, the results of the comparison analysis show that there is no significant difference from each of the scores of prosocial behavior of students based on socioeconomic status. Research recommendations are for Guidance and Counseling teachers to design guidance and counseling programs that are able to direct the achievement of high prosocial behavior using group guidance services.
