Abstract
Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan kejuruan agar berorientasi industri adalah pembelajaran teaching factory 6 langkah (Model TF-6M). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan penerapan model TF-6M dan mengetahui kompetensi kewirausahaan siswa setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran TF-6M pada kompetensi dasar pengolahan buah-buahan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dalam 2 siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI APHP2 SMK PPN Lembang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: 1) Keterlaksanaan penerapan model pembelajaran TF-6M pada siklus I (pengolahan selai nanas) dan siklus II (pengolahan jelly nanas) sudah terlaksana dengan baik; 2) Sikap percaya diri, sopan santun, dan sikap berkomunikasi meningkat pada kompetensi menerima order; 3) Kompetensi menganalisis order meningkat dengan rata-rata N-Gain 0,16; 4) Sikap percaya diri, sopan santun, dan sikap berkomunikasi meningkat pada kompetensi menyatakan kesiapan mengerjakan order; 5) Keterampilan siswa meningkat pada kompetensi mengerjakan order dan quality control selai dan jelly nanas pada siklus II dibandingkan siklus I; 6) sikap tanggung jawab, percaya diri, sopan santun, dan sikap berkomunikasi meningkat pada kompetensi menyerahkan order.;--One of the ways to improve the quality of vocational education to be industry oriented by implemented 6-step teaching factory learning (Model TF-6M). The purpose of this research was to determine the implementation of the TF-6M model and to know the entrepreneurial competence of students after the TF-6M learning model was applied to the basic competencies in fruits processing. This research carried out using Classroom Action Research (CAR) method in 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The subjects of this research were students of class XI APHP2 SMK PPN Lembang. The results showed: 1) The implementation of the TF-6M learning model in cycle I (pineapple jam processing) and cycle II (pineapple jelly processing) was well implemented; 2) Confidence, courtesy, and communication attitude of students increased in the competence of receiving orders; 3) Competence of analyzing orders increased with an average N-Gain of 0.16; 4) An attitude of confidence, courtesy, and an attitude of communication increased in competence to declare readiness to did the order; 5) Student’s skills improved on the competency to did the order and quality control of pineapple jam and jelly in cycle II compared to cycle I; 6) the attitude of responsibility, confidence, courtesy, and the attitude of communication increased in the competence to submit orders.
