Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi bahwa pada saat praktik pemesinan sering terjadi kecelakaan kerja, seperti terkenanya serpihan gram pada mata. Fenomena-fenomena tersebut menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan K3 pada praktik pemesinan belum sepenuuhnya sesuai harapan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh informasi tentang (1) tingkat pengetahuan siswa mengenai K3; (2) tingkat keterlaksanaan K3 pada praktik pemesinan di bengkel SMK N 12 Bandung dan ; (3) tentang hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan K3 dan keterlaksanaan K3 pada praktikum pemesinan SMK N 12 Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK N 12 Bandung kleas XI dan hanya diambil 50 orang siswa untuk dijadikan sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan tentang K3 tergolong kategori sedang dan tingkat keterlaksanaan K3 masuk dalam kategori tinggi. Terdapat hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan K3 dengan tingkat keterlaksanaan K3 dengan hasil C = 0,249 dapat dikatakan bahwa tingkat hubungan dua vvariabel termasuk rendah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian adanya hubungan dalam kategori sedang antara tingkat pengetahuan tentang K3 dengan tingkat keterlaksanaan K3 pada praktikum pemesinan di SMK Negeri 12 Bandung.;--This research in the background about when machining frequent work accidents, such as gram splinters in the eye. These phenomena indicate that the implementation of K3 in machining practices is not fully in line with expectations. The purpose of this study was to obtain information about (1) the level of student knowledge about K3; (2) the level of K3 implementation in machining practices in the workshop of SMK N 12 Bandung and; (3) about the relationship between the level of K3 knowledge and the implementation of K3 in the machining practicum of SMK N 12 Bandung. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The population in this study were students of SMK N 12 Bandung, please XI and only 50 students were taken to take samples. The results showed that the knowledge of K3 was in the moderate category and the level of K3 delay was in the high category. There is a relationship between the level of OHS knowledge and the level of OHS implementation with a C = 0.249. It can be agreed that the level of relationship between the two variables is low. Based on the results of the study the level of participation in the medium category between the level of knowledge about K3 with the level of K3 delays in the machining practicum at SMK Negeri 12 Bandung.
