Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK PGRI Subang. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Kearsipan di SMK Bina PGRI Subang. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari motivasi dan kebiasaan belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran kearsipan kelas X di SMK PGRI Subang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey eksplanasi (eksplanatory survey) dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 95 siswa dari jumlah populasi sebanyak 125 siswa dari kelas X program keahlian Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran. Dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi ganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis diperoleh kesimpulan yang menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara motivasi dan kebiasaan belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran kearsipan kelas X program keahlian Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran di SMK PGRI Subang yang secara simultan memiliki pengaruh rendah.;-- This research done at SMK PGRI Subang. The problems explained in this research is the student learning outcomes on filing subject have not been optimum yet. This research done to know how the influence of motivation and study habits toward the student learning outcomes on filing subject for 10th grade at SMK PGRI Subang. This research used explanatory survey method and questionnaire as the data collection technique. The number of samples from this research is 95 students from a total population of 125 students from the 10th grade of automation skills and office management program. The influence of motivation and study habits toward student learning outcomes on filing subject for 10th grade of automation skills and office management program at SMK PGRI Subang. And the data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the result of data analysis and hypothesis testing, the conclusion shows that there/is the influence between motivation and study habits toward students learning outcomes on filing subject for 10th grade of automation skills and office management.
