Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya pemahaman gizi siswa yang berdampak negatif terhadap kebugaran jasmani. Ini disebabkan pembelajaran masih berpusat pada guru, kurang aktivitas dan kurang bermakna. Penelitian ini bertujuan khusus untuk mengetahui tentang asupan gizi yang dibutuhkan oleh tubuh sehingga menjadi bugar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart. Dilaksanakan dalam 3 siklus setiap siklus 2 tindakan, kecuali siklus 3 peneleitian ini diberhentikan karena atas dasar seluruh siswa telah mencapai target yang telah ditentukan oleh peneliti. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, tes, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN 01 Cipanas yang berjumlah 22 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan pemahaman gizi siswa, yaitu ketuntasan pemahaman gizi pada prasiklus adalah 32%, siklus I tindakan 1 adalah 41%, siklus I tindakan 2 adalah 55%, siklus II tindakan 1 adalah 73% siklus II tindakan 2 adalah 91%, siklus III tindakan 1 adalah 95%. Selain itu, ada peningkatan tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa, yaitu pada prasiklus: predikat C=18%, D=55%, dan E=27%. Pada siklus I tindakan 1: predikat C=41%, dan D=59%. Pada siklus I tindakan 2: predikat B=41%, C=32%, dan D=27%. Pada siklus II tindakan 1: predikat B=45%, C=32%, dan D=23%. Pada siklus II tindakan 2: predikat B=55%, dan C=45%. Dan Siklus III tindakan 1: predikat B=64%, dan C=36%. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran terpadu substansi gizi dan model kebugaran jasmani dapat meningkatkan pemahaman gizi dan tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa kelas V SDN 01 Cipanas.;--This research is motivated by the lack of understanding of nutrition students that negatively impact physical fitness. The method used was classroom action research model and Mc Kemmis. Taggart. Data were collected through observation, testing, and documentation. The subjects were fifth grade students of SDN 01 Cipanas amounting to 22 people. The results show that there is an increased understanding of student nutrition, ie completeness understanding of nutrition at prasiklus is 32%, the first cycle of action 1 was 41%, the first cycle of action 2 was 55%, the second cycle was 73% action 1 action 2 second cycle was 91%, the third cycle of action 1 was 95%. Based on the results of data processing, it can be concluded that the application of integrated learning model substance of nutrition and physical fitness models to enhance understanding of nutrition and physical fitness level of fifth grade students of SDN 01 Cipanas.
