Abstract

Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah Bagaimanakah peranan sekolah terhadap hak kebebasan beragama dan berkeyakinan peserta didiknya?, Faktor apa sajakah yang mendukung dan menghambat terjadinya hak kebebasan beragama dan berkeyakinan di sekolah?, Adakah perbedaan dan persamaan antara SMP Global Nusantara dan SMPK BPK Penabur Cimahi mengenai hak kebebasan beragama dan berkeyakinan di sekolah? dan Adakah pengaruh pembelajaran PKn terhadap sikap toleransi beragama dan berkeyakinan pada peserta didik?. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis hak kebebasan beragama dan berkeyakinan di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi perbandingan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada dasarnya peran sekolah terhadap hak kebebasan beragama dan berkeyakinan antara SMP Global Nusantara dan SMPK BPK Penabur Cimahi sudah terwujud dengan baik. Hal ini didasarkan pada fakta bahwa pihak sekolah telah menjaminan atas hak beragama dan berkeyakinan peserta didiknya khususnya bagi peserta didik yang beragama Kristen di SMP Global Nusantara telah terwujud dengan baik. Demikian pula bagi peserta didik yang beragama Islam di SMPK BPK Penabur Cimahi hak atas kebebasan beragama dan berkeyakainan sudah terwujud secara baik. Pengembangan terhadap hak kebebasan beragama dan berkeyakinan di sekolah memberikan keleluasaan peserta didik untuk saling menghormati dan menghargai agama yang di peluk oleh orang lain. Realitas dalam pengembangan tersebut adalah peserta didik memiliki sikap toleransi yang melekat pada hati nuraninya karena itu keyakinan beragama dan berkeyakinan bukanlah suatu hal yang perlu dipaksakan. Dengan demikian sikap toleransi akan melebihkan sikap peserta didik agar saling menghormati dan menghormati sesama umat manusia. ;--The formulation of the problem in this study is: What is the role of schools in the right to freedom of religion and students' beliefs? What factors support and inhibit the right to freedom of religion and belief in schools? regarding the right to freedom of religion and belief in school? and Is there any influence of Civics learning on the attitude of religious tolerance and belief in students?. Research This aims to study and analyze the right to freedom of religion and belief in schools. Research this use approach qualitative with the design comparative study. Data collection is done through interview, observation, and studies documentation. Results research to show that basically the role of schools on the right to freedom of religion and belief between SMP Global Nusantara and SMPK BPK Penabur Cimahi has been well realized. This is based on the fact that the school has guaranteed the religious rights and beliefs of its students, especially for students who are Christians in SMP Global Nusantara. materialized with fine. Likewise for participant Islamic students in SMPK BPK Penabur Cimahi right on freedom religious and disability already materialized in a manner fine . Development to right freedom religious and believe in school give out discretion participant students for each other respect and respect religion that is embraced by others. The reality in this development is that students have an attitude of tolerance that is inherent in their conscience because that belief in religion and belief is not something that needs to be forced. With thus attitude tolerance will exaggerate attitude of learners so each other respect and respect for fellow human beings .
