Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan struktur naratif dan nilai pendidikan karakter yang terkandung dalam beberapa cerita rakyat yang berasal dari Aceh. Cerita rakyat Aceh yang telah dianalisis selanjutnya dimanfaatkan dalam penyusunan bahan ajar berupa Modul Membaca Teks Sastra untuk Kelas X SMA/MA/SMK/MAK. Penggunaan cerita rakyat Aceh diharapkan dapat menambah wawasan peserta didik tentang cerita rakyat yang berkembang di Aceh. Selain itu, penggunaan cerita rakyat Aceh diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan penggunaan teks yang sarat akan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter pada pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia untuk membentuk karakter peserta didik sejak dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sementara itu, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi pustaka dan analisis cerita rakyat Aceh yang berjudul (1) Kisah Si Raja Parkit, (2) Pangeran Amat Mude, (3) Banta Berensyah, dan (4) Atu Belah, dan analisis judgment expert terhadap bahan ajar. Adapun pengolahan data dilakukan dengan cara mengkaji struktur naratif dengan pendekatan struktur Vladimir Propp, dan mengkaji nilai pendidikan karakter yang terdapat pada empat cerita rakyat Aceh. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa dari keempat cerita rakyat Aceh yang dianalisis, motif cerita yang sering muncul adalah motif kekurangan, motif kepergian, motif kejahatan, dan motif bantuan donor (magis). Selain itu, nilai pendidikan karakter yang sering muncul dari keempat cerita rakyat Aceh adalah nilai religius, bijaksana, bertanggung jawab, rendah hati, kerja keras, mandiri, dan santun. Sebagai aplikasi atas analisis tersebut, peneliti merancang bahan ajar berupa Modul Membaca Teks Sastra untuk kelas X SMA/MA/SMK/MAK. Bahan ajar telah divalidasi oleh tiga orang pakar. ..... This study aims to describe the narrative structure and value of character education contained in several folklore originating from Aceh. Acehnese folklore that has been analyzed is then used in the preparation of teaching materials in the form of Literature Text Reading Module for Class X SMA/MA/SMK/MAK. The use of Acehnese folklore is expected to increase students' knowledge about the folklore that developed in Aceh. In addition, the use of Acehnese folklore is expected to optimize the use of texts that are full of character education values in Indonesian language learning to shape students' character from an early age. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Meanwhile, data collection was carried out with literature study and analysis of Acehnese folklore entitled (1) The Story of King Parakeet, (2) Prince Amat Mude, (3) Banta Berensyah, and (4) Atu Belah, and analysis of expert judgment on materials teach. The data processing is done by examining the narrative structure with the structure approach of Vladimir Propp, and assessing the value of character education found in four Acehnese folklore. The results of the study found that from the four Acehnese folklore analyzed, the story motives that often emerge are lack of motives, departure motives, crime motives, and donor assistance motives (magical). In addition, the value of character education that often arises from the four Acehnese folklore is religious, wise, responsible, humble, hard working, independent, and polite. As an application for the analysis, researchers designed teaching materials in the form of Literature Text Reading Module for class X SMA/MA/SMK/MAK. Teaching materials have been validated by three experts.
