Abstract

ABSTRAK - Permasalahan dunia pendidikan masih ditemukan dalam berbagai aspek seperti masalah penggunaan media, metode, model, dan proses penyelenggaraan dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan. Solusi dalam penelitian ini merancang dan membangun pembelajaran model Self Organized Learning Environment berbasis web menggunakan Visual Auditory Kinesthetic untuk meningkatkan pemahaman kognitif siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun media pembelajaran berbasis web ini, diharapkan bisa meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif siswa dan menganalisis penilaian peserta didik terhadap multimedia. Model penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Siklus Hidup Menyeluruh. Sampel penelitian merupakan siswa kelas X TKJ 1 SMK PU Negeri Bandung. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan hasil : 1) Sistem pembelajaran telah dikembangkan dan dinilai baik serta layak digunakan, dengan hasil rata-rata yang diperoleh dari validasi ahli media tersebut adalah sebesar 88,33%, sehingga media ini dapat dikategorikan dengan kategori “Sangat Baik” lalu rata-rata persentase yang diperoleh dari validasi ahli materi adalah 86,10 % yang termasuk pada kategori “Sangat Baik” dan dari hasil tanggapan siswa terhadap media pembelajaran adalah 86,9% yang termasuk pada kategori “Sangat Baik”. 2) Sistem pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif siswa ini dapat dilihat dari nilai siswa sebelum menggunakan media pembelajaran mendapatkan rata-rata sebesar 46 dan sesudah menggunakan media pembelajaran mendapatkan rata-rata sebesar 79. Berdasarkan hasil pretest dan posttest, diperolah indeks gain sebesar 0,62 dengan kriteria “Sedang”. Dari hasil diatas didapatkan korelasi antara hasil tanggapan siswa dan hasil nilai gain sebesar 0,57 yang mendapatkan kriteria “Korelasi Kuat”. The solution in this research designs and builds web-based learning model of Self Organized Learning Environment using Visual Auditory Kinesthetic to improve students' cognitive understanding. This study aims to design and build this web-based learning media, which is expected to improve students 'cognitive abilities and analyze students' assessments of multimedia. The research model used in this study is the Comprehensive Life Cycle. The sample of this research is students of class X TKJ 1 VOCATIONAL SCHOOL PU Bandung. From the results of this study the results are obtained: 1) The learning system has been developed and assessed as good and feasible to use, with the average results obtained from the validation of the media experts amounting to 88.33%, so that this media can be categorized in the "Very Good" category then the average percentage obtained from material expert validation was 86.10% which was included in the "Very Good" category and from the results of students' responses to the learning media was 86.9% which was included in the "Very Good" category. 2) The learning system can improve the cognitive abilities of these students can be seen from the value of students before using learning media get an average of 46 and after using learning media get an average of 79. Based on the results of the pretest and posttest, obtained a gain index of 0.62 with the criteria of "Medium". From the above results obtained a correlation between the results of student responses and the results of the gain value of 0.57 which gets the criteria "Strong Correlation".
