Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kecenderungan seorang guru terhadap siswa ketika mengajarkan permainan bola kasti sehingga siswa sulit menampilkan keterampilan bermain bola kasti. Hal ini disebabkan oleh tidak adanya pemahaman secara khsus dari seorang guru kepada siswa mengenai pembelajaran permainan bola kasti serta tidak adanya pendekatan khusus yang mengarahkan siswa untuk memahami cara bermain bola kasti. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada permainan bola kasti melalui penerapan model Movement Problem Based Learning pada materi Softball Like Games. Metode yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan partisipannya adalah siswa Sekolah Dasar El Fitra kelas V A yang berjumlah 33 orang siswa, yaitu 17 orang putra dan 16 putri. Data diperoleh menggunakan instumen GPAI (Games Performance Assesment Instrument). Pada penelitian ini peneliti menemukan adanya peningkatan keterampilan bermain bola kasti dari setiap pembelajarannya. Pada pertemuan pre test keterampilan bermain bola kasti siswa diperoleh 15,15% sampai siklus III diperoleh 90,91%. Pada siklus I terjadi peningkatan sebesar 33,33% dan pada siklus III terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan 90,91% dengan jumlah siswa yang mendapatkan nilai ketuntasan sebanyak 30 orang dari 33 siswa. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model Movement Problem Based Learning dalam permainan kasti dapat meningkatkan keterampilan bermain kasti siswa pada siswa kelas V A Sekolah Dasar El Fitra Kota Bandung. This research is motivated by the tendency of a teacher towards students when teaching baseball game so that students find it difficult to show baseball skills. This is caused by the lack of special understanding from a teacher to students about learning baseball games and the absence of a special approach that directs students to understand how to play that game. The aim of this study was to improve student learning outcomes in baseball games through the application of the Movement Problem Based Learning model on Softball Like Games material. The method used in this research was Classroom Action Research with the participants were El Fitra Elementary School students in class V A with a total of 33 students consist 17 boys and 16 girls. Data obtained using the GPAI (Games Performance Assessment Instrument). In this study, researchers found an increase in baseball skills from each lesson. At the pretest meeting baseball skills students obtained 15.15% until the third cycle obtained 90.91%. In the first cycle there was an increase of 33.33% and in the third cycle there was a significant increase of 90.91% with the number of students getting completeness scores of 30 out of 33 students. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the application of the Movement Problem Based Learning model in baseball games can improve the skills of student in class V A El Fitra Elementary School in Bandung in play baseball.
