Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan kerja sama siswa kelas IV SDN PR. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya pembiasaan guru melakukan pembelajaran secara berkelompok. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Games Tournament (TGT) untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kerja sama siswa kelas IV SDN PR. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart. Subjek penelitiannya adalah siswa kelas IV SDN PR yang berjumlah 26 siswa.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan catatan lapangan.Analisis kualitatif menggunakan teknik dari Miles dan Huberman, sedangkan analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan statistik rata-rata dan persentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) yang telah disusun secara baik mengimplikasikan peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran, sehingga penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Games Tournament (TGT) dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kerja sama siswa kelas IV SDN PR.;--- This research is based on the low level of cooperation ability of the fourth grade students of SDN PR. This is caused by the unfamiliarity of teachers doing group learning. This research is to describe the application of cooperative learning model of Team Games Tournament (TGT) to improve the ability of cooperation of fourth grade students of SDN PR. The research method used is action research class (PTK) model Kemmis and Mc Taggart. The research subjects are the fourth grade students of SDN PR which is by 26 students. Data collection techniques used and field notes. Qualitative analysis using techniques from Miles and Huberman, so that the analysis of quantitative data using statistics average and percentage. The results of this study indicate that the implementation plan of learning (RPP) that has produced good quality, applying cooperative learning model of Team Games Tournament (TGT) type can improve the cooperation ability of fourth grade students of SDN PR.
