Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar perkalian siswa yang terlihat dari banyaknya siswa yang masih belum mencapai nilai KKM. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan penerapan media pembelajaran kartu bilangan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar perkalian bilangan asli siswa kelas III sekolah dasar dan mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar perkalian siswa kelas III sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakan model Kemmis dan Taggart. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklusnya terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan instrument test dan lembar observasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas 3B di salah satu SDN di kecamatan Astana Anyar yang jumlah siswa 3I orang. Setalah dilaksanakan pengamatan dan analisis data hasil belajar selama II siklus, terlihat peningkatan hasil belajar perkalian dari siklus I sampai siklus II. Hal ini terbukti dari proses belajar yang semakin baik dan rata-rata hasil belajar perkalian siswa yang meningkat. Rata-rata hasil belajar perkalian pada siklus I adalah 62, dan pada siklus II rata-rata hasil belajar perkalian siswa meningkat menjadi 87,42. Simpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu, hasil belajar perkalian bilangan asli siswa kelas III meningkat setelah dilaksanakan pembelajaran menggunakan media pembelajaran kartu bilangan.-- This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of student multiplication seen from the number of students who still have not reached the value of KKM. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the number card learning media to improve the learning outcomes of the multiplication of the original number of elementary school students in the third grade and describe the improvement of the learning outcomes of the third grade elementary school students. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) method using the Kemmis and Taggart models. This study was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, execution, observation, and reflection. This research instrument used are test instruments and observation sheets. This research is carried out in class 3B in one of the elementary schools in Astana Anyar sub-district where the total of the students were 3I. After observing and analyzing the learning outcome data during the two cycles, there was an increase in the multiplication learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. This is the evident from the improved learning process and the increasing student learning outcomes. The average learning outcomes of multiplication in cycle I was 62, and in cycle II the average of the learning outcomes of the students increased to 87.42. The conclusions of this study are, the learning outcomes of the original number multiplication of third grade students increased after the learning was conducted by usingthe number card learning media.
