Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji model synectic melalui pembelajaran tari untuk meningkatkan empati siswa. Secara spesifik permasalahan dirumuskan sebagai berikut : (1) Bagaimana sikap empati siswa sebelum diterapkan model synectic (2) Bagaimana proses pembelajaran tari dengan menggunakan model synectic untuk meningkatkan empati siswa (3) Bagaimana pengaruh model synectic terhadap empati siswa. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan metode pre-exsperimental dengan design one grup pretest-posttest. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 146 siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Inklusif BPP Bandung. Sample dilakukan secara purposive dengan kelas X Tata Boga 2 berjumlah 38 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes penilaian sikap, studi pustaka, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji t untuk mengetahui peningkatan empati siswa di kelas X Tata Boga 2. Hasil pretest menunjukan empati siswa dalam kategori kurang. Dalam proses Treatment siswa menunjukan perubahan empati disetiap pertemuannya, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil posttest menunjukan kenaikan nilai dengan kategori baik. Analisis hasil penelitian menunjukan peningkatan empati siswa setelah diterapkan model synectic, dibuktikan oleh perhitungan secara keseluruhan dari tiga kali pertemuan, dengan hasil t hitung adalah 21,87. Jika t hitung > t tabel (21,87 > 1,697) maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa model synectic dalam pembelajaran tari cukup signifikan untuk meningkatkan empati siswa, khususnya empati siswa berkebutuhan khusus dan tidak berkebutuhan khusus di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Inklusif Bandung.;--This study aims to test the synectic model through dance learning to improve students' empathy. Specifically, the problems are formulated as follows: (1) What is the student's empathy attitude before the synectic model is applied (2) How is the dance learning process using the synectic model to improve students 'empathy (3) How does the synectic model influence the students' empathy. This quantitative research uses pre-exsperimental method with one pretest-posttest group design. The population in this study were 146 students of Inclusive Vocational High School of BPP Bandung. Sample was done purposively with X class of Culinary 2 which amounted to 38 students. Data collection techniques used are the attitude assessment test, literature study, observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis technique used normality test and t test to know the increase of empathy of student in class X of Culinary 2. Pretest result showed that empathy of student in less category. In the process of treatment the students showed changes in empathy in each meeting, this is evidenced by the posttest results that show a change in value increases with good category. The analysis of the research results showed that there was an increase of students' empathy after the synectic model was applied, as evidenced by the overall calculation of the three meetings, with the result of t count as a whole was 21.87. If t arithmetic> t table (21.87> 1.697) then Ha accepted and Ho rejected. This shows that the synectic model in dance learning is significant to improve students' empathy, especially empathy students with special needs and no special needs in Vocational School Inclusive Bandung.
