Abstract

The background of the research is the invalidation and reliable performance assessment. Researcher offers solutions to these problems by creating a performance assessment plan that can be used to measure the creative thinking skill of Junior High School Students on Prakarya Lessons. The research procedure refers to the development stage of the ADDIE model. The research method used is mix method. The design of performance assessment is unique, different from other subjects, as it comes with tasks and rubrics with four levels of values, which are highly creative, creative, creative enough and less creative. The design includes the stages of preparation, process, results and working time. The four stages of the practice are equipped with the formulation of indicators of creative thinking skills, including fluency, flexibility, original and elaboration. The design of performance assessments made for Prakarya subjects, can be used in other subjects with a goal to produce the product, with little modification to the work. This design can result in a thorough assessment starting from preparation, execution and evaluation, so as to produce a more accurate assessment.
