Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Manajemen Kelas terhadap Motivasi Belajar Peserta Didik di SMA Laboratorium Percontohan UPI”. Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Manajemen Kelas terhadap Motivasi Belajar Peserta Didik di SMA Laboratorium Percontohan UPI. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, serta didukung dengan studi pustaka. Teknik pengumpulan data ini menggunakan angket/kuesioner, yang disebarkan kepada 41 guru SMA Laboratorium Percontohan UPI. Hasil perhitungan WMS (Weight Means Score) menunjukkan bahwa kecenderungan umum skor responden Manajemen Kelas yang dilakukan oleh guru SMA Laboratorium Percontohan UPI termasuk dalam kategori tinggi dengan rata-rata keseluruhan dimensi sebesar 3,45. Sedangkan untuk Motivasi Belajar Peserta Didik SMA Laboratorium Percontohan UPI termasuk dalam kategori Sangat tinggi dengan rata-rata keseluruhan dimensi sebesar 4,13. Hasil uji normalitas diketahui bahwa kedua variabel berdistribusi normal, dengan demikian pengujian hipotesis menggunakan statistik parametrik. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan koefisien korelasi antara variabel X dan Variabel Y menunjukan bahwa Motivasi Belajar Peserta Didik dipengaruhi sangat kuat oleh Manajemen Kelas oleh guru. Hasil perhitungan signifikansi, menunjukan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Manajemen Kelas oleh guru terhadap Motivasi Belajar Peserta Didik. Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan dapat diterima, yaitu “Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan Signifikan Manajemen Kelas oleh guru terhadap Motivasi Belajar Peserta Didik SMA Laboratorium Percontohan UPI”.-- This title of the research is “The Influence of Classroom Management to the Student Learning Motivation at SMA Laboratorium Percontohan UPI”. The purpose of this research was to give information about how much influence of Classroom Management to the Student Learning Motivation at SMA Laboratorium Percontohan UPI. The study was using descriptive method and quantitative approach supported to the study literature. While the data was collected by using a questionnaire, distributed to 41 teachers SMA Laboratorium Percontohan UPI. The use of WMS (Weight Mean Score) indicated that generally the respondents score of classroom management conducted by the teachers is in high category with an average overall dimensions of 3.45. As for the student learning motivation is in excellent category with an average overall dimensions of 4,13. The normality test resulted that both of variable X and variable Y were distributed normally, which caused the using of parametric statistic to tested the hypothesis. Based on the calculation of coefficient correlation between the two variables, it is showed that the student learning motivation at SMA Laboratorium Percontohan UPI high influenced by the classroom management. The result of significance calculation showed there were significant and positive influences between the classroom management with student learning motivation. It shows that the hypothesis can be accepted, that “There is a positive and significant influence of Classroom Management to the Student Learning Motivation at SMA Laboratorium Percontohan UPI”.
