Abstract

Guru memegang peranan penting dalam pendidikan. Guru yang berkinerja mengajar baik diyakini mampu melahirkan generasi bangsa yang bermutu dan mampu menghadapi persaingan global. Peningkatan kinerja mengajar guru melibatkan berbagai faktor yang saling terkait. Beberapa faktor diantaranya yang mempengaruhi peningkatkan kinerja mengajar guru adalah dengan dilakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan Kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kondisi awal di lapangan dimana kinerja mengajar guru Sekolah Dasar di Kota Bandung masih belum optimal yang diduga disebabkan oleh kurang optimalnya pelatihan dan pendampingan Kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisa pengaruh dari pelatihan dan pendampingan Kurikulum 2013 terhadap kinerja mengajar guru Sekolah Dasar di Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuisioner. Subjek yang dijadikan sampel penelitian adalah guru Sekolah Dasar di Kota Bandung yang berjumlah 127 guru. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gambaran umum kinerja mengajar guru Sekolah Dasar di Kota Bandung berada pada kategori tinggi. Begitu juga dengan pelatihan Kurikulum 2013 dan pendampingan Kurikulum 2013 pada kategori tinggi. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini yaitu peningkatan pelatihan Kurikulum 2013 dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan kemampuan pelatih. Pelaksanaan pendampingan perlu ditingkatkan dengan cara melakukan penyusunan jadwal pendampingan yang disesuaikan dengan jadwal mengajar guru, sehingga kegiatan belajar mengajar tidak terganggu.-- Teachers play an important role in education. Teachers who have good teaching performance are believed to be capable of giving birth to a generation of qualified nationals who are able to face global competition. Improving teacher teaching performance involves various interrelated factors. Some factors that influence the improvement of teacher's teaching performance are by conducting 2013 Curriculum training and mentoring. This research is motivated by the initial conditions in the field where the teaching performance of elementary school teachers in the city of Bandung is still not optimal which is thought to be caused by a lack of optimal training and mentoring in the 2013 curriculum. It aims to describe and analyze the effects of 2013 Curriculum training and mentoring on the teaching performance of elementary school teachers in the city of Bandung. The method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data collection tools used were questionnaires. The subjects used as the research sample were elementary school teachers in the city of Bandung, amounting to 127 teachers. The results of this study indicate that the general picture of the teaching performance of elementary school teachers in the city of Bandung is in the high category. Likewise with the 2013 Curriculum training and 2013 Curriculum mentoring in the high category. The recommendation of this study is that the improvement of the 2013 Curriculum training can be done by improving the ability of the trainer. Implementation of mentoring needs to be improved by way of arranging mentoring schedules that are adjusted to the teacher's teaching schedule, so that teaching and learning activities are not interrupted.
