Abstract
Buku teks pelajaran bagian dari bahan ajar yang memberikan pengaruh penting dan menjadi media intruksional yang sangat penting perannya. Oleh karena itu, buku teks dan bahan ajar merupakan dua hal yang tidak bisa dipisahkan. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dikumpulkan, ditemukan beberapa permasalahan diantaranya bahan ajar bahasa Arab di SMP Laboratorium Percontohan UPI kelas VIII tidak sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran yang diharapkan dan kebutuhan siswa-siswa. Tapi kenyataannya bahan ajar tersebut harus disesuaikan dengan tujuan pembelajaran dan kebutuhan maka metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development. Proses pengembangan bahan ajar bahasa Arab al-qur’an dilakukan melalui proses evaluasi terhadap kelayakan penyajian buku, kelayakan kebahasaan dan kelayakan kegrafikan. Pengembangan bahan ajar dilakukan melalui beberapa langkah yaitu penyusunan, pengadaptasian dengan peraturan kurikulum di sekolah, tujuan pembelajaran dan kebutuhan siswa penilaian keseluruhan melalui expert judgment, kemudian perevisian buku teks dan penguji cobaan buku teks. Maka hasil pengembangan tersebut menunjukan rata-rata jawaban responden mencapai 4,05 sehingga rata-rata jawaban responden menyatakan bahwa buku bahasa arab al-qur’an sangat baik digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran karena memiliki rata-rata pada kisaran 3,4 < X ≤ 4,2.;--The textbook is a lesson piece of instructional material that has an important influence and becomes an importantly instrumental medium of its role. Therefore, textbooks and teaching materials are two things that can not be separated. Based on the analysis that has been collected, found some problems such as Arabic teaching materials in SMP Pilot Laboratory UPI class VIII not in accordance with the expected learning objectives and needs of students. But in fact the teaching materials must be tailored to the learning objectives and needs then the method used in this research is Research and Development. The process of developing Arabic al-qur'an teaching materials is done through the evaluation process on the feasibility of book presentation, language feasibility and graphic feasibility. The development of teaching materials is done through several steps, namely compilation, adaptation to curriculum rules in schools, learning objectives and overall student needs through expert judgment, then revision of textbooks and testers of textbook trials. Then the results of the development shows the average response of respondents to reach 4.05 so that the average respondent's answer states that the Arabic book al-qur'an is very good used in the learning process because it has an average in the range 3.4 <X ≤ 4 , 2.
