    Abstract

    Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja seorang guru saat melakukan tugas dan kewajibanya sebagai seorang guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari iklim organisasi sekolah dan Komitmen terhadap kinerja guru SMK Muhammadiya 1 dan Musllimin 1 Kota Bandung.
    Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey eksplanasi (eksplanatory survey), teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan model Skala Likert. Responden penelitian ini sebanyak 32 guru tetap yayasan dari dua sekolah tersebut. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi ganda.
    Hasil penelitian diperoleh informasi bahwa iklim organisasi sekolah pada kategori cukup kondusif, dan Komitmen pada kategori tinggi sedangkan kinerja pada kategori tinggi. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut; 1) iklim organisasi sekolah tidak banyak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, 2) Komitmen berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, 3) iklim organisasi sekolah dan Komitmen sekolah berpengaruh secara pasial maupun simultan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. ..... The problem studied in this research was how performance the teachers in school, how the do the duty and the responsibility as a teacher. This research was conducted to find out the influence of the climate of the school and the commitment of thee teachersandwhat the impact to the teachers performance in SMK muhhamadiyah 1 and Musllimin 1 Bandung.
    The method applied in this research was explanatory survey, the data is collected by distributing a questionnaires which used the likert model scale. The participants are 32 teacher not permanent in SMK Muhammadiyah 1 and Musllimin 1 Bandung. The analysis technique used in this research was multiple regression.
    Based on the result of the research it is found that school climate in both school is good and have a medium level, and the commitment organization in this case has a high comitmment, and the teacher performance has a high performance. from the result: 1) the climate of school didn’t give a much influence to teacher performance, 2) commitment of organization has a big influence to teacher performance, 3) the climate of school and comitmment organizational have positive and significant influenceto teacher performance.
