Abstract

Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah tingkat motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran kearsipan kelas X Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran. Banyak faktor yang diduga menyebabkan rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa, diantaranya fasilitas belajar dan manajemen kelas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pengaruh fasilitas belajar dan manajemen kelas, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian survey eksplanasi. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dengan model skala Likert. Data yang diperoleh dari angket dianalisis menggunakan regrensi ganda. Unit analisis pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran di SMK 1 Pasundan Bandung, sebanyak 106 orang. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan data persepsi bahwa fasilitas belajar berada pada kategori baik, manajemen kelas berada pada kategori efektif,dan motivasi belajar berada pada kategori tinggi. Hasil uji hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat fasilitas belajar dan manajemen kelas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi siswa, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. -----------The problem reviewed in study was the degree of student learning motivation in Archival subject. Many factors are assumption to cause low student learning motivation, including learning facilities and classroom management. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of learning facilities and classroom management, both partially and simultaneously, on student learning motivation. The research method used is the explanatory survey research method. The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale model. Data obtained by questionnaires were analyzed using multiple regressions. The unit of analysis in this study was all students of class X Automation and Office Management at SMK 1 Pasundan Bandung, as many as 106 people. The results of the study are based on perceptual data that learning facilities are in a good category, class management is in the effective category, and learning motivation is in the high category. The results of the hypothesis test it can be concluded that the level of learning facilities and classroom management has a positive and significant effect on student motivation, both partially and simultaneously.
