Abstract

Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Kearsipan di SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan nilai akhir siswa yang belum optimal. Penlitian ini terdiri dari tiga variabel yaitu fasilitas belajar (X1), kreativitas mengajar guru (X2) dan motivasi belajar siswa (Y). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keadaan fasilitas belajar, tingkat kreativitas mengajar guru, tingkat motivasi belajar siswa, dan seberapa besar pengaruh fasilitas belajar, kreativitas mengajar guru dan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran kearsipan di kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei expslanasi.Teknik pengumpilan data menggunakan angket dengan model skala likert yang dianalisis menggunakan regresi ganda. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 69 siswa kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas belajar berada pada kategori lengkap, kreativitas mengajar guru berada pada kategori cukup kreatif dan motivasi belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa tingkat fasilitas belajar dan kreativitas mengajar guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa baik secara parsial maupun simultan mempuyai pengaruh yag kuat.;--- The issues examined in The Research is the low learning motivation in Archives Subject in SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi. The phenomenon is marked by students less than optimal final grades. The research consisted of three variables, namely student learning facilities (X1), teacher's teaching creativity (X2), and student learning motivation (Y).The purpose of The Research is to know the Stat of student learning facilities, the level of teacher's teaching creativity, student learning motivation level of student and how much inflence the learning facilities, teacher's teaching creativity and student learning motivation on the subject of archives in tenth grade students of Office Administration Program in SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi. The method used in this research is explanatory survey method. Data were collected with Likert scale question naire and analyzed with multiple regression.The respondents in The Study amounts to 69 students grade X at Office Administration’s class in SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi. Based on the Results of the analysis of the data indicates That learning facilities are on category good, teacher's teaching creativity are in the fairly creative category and categories of student learning motivation are on a medium category. The result of hypothesis test shows that the levels of student learning and teacher's teaching creativityachievement positively and significantly influenced student learning motivation, both partially and simultaneously have a strong influence.
