    Abstract

    Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya komitmen kerja guru di SMK Negeri 11 Bandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat efektivitas kepemimpinan mutu kepala sekolah, tingkat komitmen kerja guru, dan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh kepemimpinan mutu kepala sekolah terhadap komitmen kerja guru.
    Metode penelitian menggunakan exsplanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Responden adalah 105 guru di SMK Negeri 11 Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana.
    Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan mutu kepala sekolah memiliki pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap komitmen kerja guru di SMK Negeri 11 Bandung. Dengan demikian komitmen kerja guru dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan kepemimpinan mutu kepala sekolah.;---

    The problem examined in this research is not been optimal work commitment of teachers at State Vocational School 11 Bandung. This study aims to describe the level of quality leadership effectiveness of the principal, the level of the teacher work commitment, and to find out whether there is an effect of the principal’s quality leadership on teacher work commitment at State Vocational School 11 Bandung.
    The research method uses explanatory surveys. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. Respondents were 105 teachers at State Vocational School 11 Bandung.
    The data analysis technique uses simple regression. The results showed that principal's quality leadership had a significant and significant tinfluence on the the teacher's work commitment at State Vocational School 11 Bandung. Thus the teacher's work commitment can be increased through Increasing Principal Leadership.
