Abstract
This research aimed to know the effectiveness of learning method in class through Creative Problem Solving learning model to increase the learners’ ability to think creatively in PPKn besides that study aims to facilitate teachers and students in the learning process. The research was located in SMP N 12 Bandung with VII graded student period 2017/2018 and a PPKn teacher as the subject of the research.based on results and agreement between partner teachers and researchers then the research is done through three cycles where at the beginning of the activities carried out planning with the making of RPP and workseets with problems created different each cycle it is evidenced by the increase of creative thinking skills through creative problem solving model. The percentages that produced by each stage consecutively are 53,75%, 61,25%, and 81,25% from Enough, Good and Best categories.obstacles encountered in the implementation of learning among others, teachers lack confidence in conditioning the class, while the constraints faced by learners include less enthusiasm and enthusiasm and enthusiastic learners in following the learning process. The teachers attempts to overcome these obstacles are to manage the skills and foundations of classroom management, while the efforts of the learnes is to improve the focus of thinking in the process of learning in class. According to the result, it revealed that Creative Problem Solving model was very accurate to use in order to increase the creative thinking ability of the student, especially in learning PPKn.;---Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas metode mengajar di kelas melalui model pembelajaran Crative Problem Solving untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik dalam pembelajaran PPKn.disamping itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan guru dan peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan pendekatan kuantitatif (Mix Methode) dengan metode penelitian tindakan kelas, teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, catatan lapangan dan studi dokumentasi. Lokasi penelitian bertempat di SMPN 12 Kota Bandung dengan subjek penelitian salah satu kelas VII tahun ajaran 2017/2018 dan satu orang guru PPKn. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan kesepakatan antara peneliti dan guru mitra penelitian dilakukan melalui tiga siklus dimana pada awal kegiatan dilakukan perencanaan dengan pembuatan RPP dan lembar kerja dengan masalah yang dibuat berbeda setiap siklus hal tersebut terbukti dengan adanya peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kreatif melalui model Creative Problem Solving . Presentase nilai yang dihasilkan setiap siklusnya secara berturut-turut adalah 53,75%, 61,25%, 81,25% dari kategori Cukup, Baik, sampai Sangat baik. Kendala yang dihadapi pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran diantaranya, guru kurang percaya diri dalam mengkondisikan kelas, sedangkan kendala yang dihadapi peserta didik diantaranya kurangnya semangat dan antusias peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. Upaya yang dilakukan guru untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut adalah dengan mengolah kemampuan dan dasar pengelolaan kelas, sedangkan upaya yang dilakukan peserta didik adalah dengan meningkatkan focus berpikir dalam proses pembelajaran dikelas. Berdasarkan hal di atas menunjukkan bahwa model Creative Problem Solving ini sangat tepat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik khususnya dalam pembelajaran PPKn.
