Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis tingkat literasi Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di Kabupaten Bandung. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi permasalahan tingkat literasi TIK guru yang masih banyak memiliki kendala dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi tingkat literasi TIK guru SMK di Kabupaten Bandung dan mengetahui perbedaan tingkat literasi TIK guru SMK di Kabupaten Bandung ditinjau dari demografi (usia, jenis kelamin, masa kerja, status kepegawaian, dan latar belakang pendidikan). Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analitik. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi. Analisis data dilakukan terhadap data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat literasi TIK guru SMK di Kabupaten Bandung termasuk kategori baik. Berdasarkan demografi (usia, gender, pengalaman kerja, status kepegawaian dan latar belakang pendidikan), menurut usia 22 – 25 tahun menunjukan tingkat literasi yang tinggi, laki-laki lebih tinggi tingkat literasinya dibandingkan dengan perempuan. Pengalaman kerja 16 – 20 tahun memiliki tingkat literasi yang rendah, pegawai honorer lebih tinggi tingkat literasinya dibandingkan dengan pegawai negeri sipil (PNS), dan tingkat literasi guru dipengaruhi oleh latar belakang pendidikan. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian tingkat literasi TIK guru SMK di kabupaten Bandung termasuk kategori baik dan terdapat perbedaan tingkat literasi TIK guru SMK dilihat dari usia, gender, pengalaman kerja, status kepegawaian dan latar belakang pendidikan.---- This study analyzes the level of literacy of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) of Vocational High School (SMK) teachers in Bandung Regency. This research is based on the problem of ICT teacher literacy level which still has many obstacles in learning. This study aims to obtain information on literacy level of ICT teachers of SMK in Bandung Regency and to know the difference of literacy level of ICT teachers of SMK in Bandung Regency in terms of demography (age, sex, length of service, employment status, and educational background). This research method using descriptive analytic approach. The research instrument used was questionnaire, interview and observation. Data analysis was conducted on qualitative data and quantitative data. The results showed that the level of literacy ICT teachers SMK in Bandung regency including good category. Based on demographics (age, gender, work experience, employment status and educational background), ages 22-25 indicate a high literacy rate, men are higher in literacy than women. Work experience 16 to 20 years has low literacy rate, higher honorarium level of literacy compared with civil servants (PNS), and teacher's literacy level is influenced by educational background. The conclusion of research result of ICT teacher literacy level of SMK teacher in Bandung regency is good category and there are difference of literacy level of SMK teacher's ICT seen from age, gender, work experience, employment status and educational background.
