Abstract

Based on the results of research at one elementary school in Kecamatan Sukajdi, There are problems that occur during the learning process is the low level of student cooperation in achieving the learning objectives. The purpose of the implementation of this research are 1) Describe the implementation of Cooperative Learning model type jigsaw to improve cooperation 2) Describe the improvement of student cooperation through the implementation of cooperative learning type jigsaw model. This classroom action research is adapted from the Kemmis and Mc models. Taggart Which consists of 4 stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. In this study, the average result of student cooperation obtained in the first cycle is reaching 66.85% with moderate or moderate category. While in cycle II the ability of cooperation increased to reach 88,57% with good category or high. The conclusion of this research is that the improvement of cooperation can be seen by observing the average number of second cycle percentage. Therefore, the implementation of cooperative learning model of jigsaw type can be used as an alternative to increase the cooperation of elementary school students.---- Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di salah satu sekolah dasar, terdapat permasalahan yang terjadi saat proses pembelajaran yaitu rendahnya kerja sama siswa dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Adapun tujuan pelaksanaan penelitian ini yaitu 1) Mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan model pembelajaran Cooperative Learning tipe jigsaw untuk meningkatkan kerja sama 2) Mendeskripsikan peningkatan kerja sama siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran cooperative Learning tipe jigsaw . Penelitian tindakan kelas ini diadaptasi dari model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart Yang terdiri dari 4 tahapan, yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Pada penelitian ini, hasil rata- rata kerja sama siswa yang diperoleh pada siklus I yaitu mencapai 66,85 % dengan kategori cukup atau sedang . sedangkan pada siklus II kemampuan kerja sama meningkat mencapai 88,57 % dengan kategori baik atau tinggi. kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu peningkatan kerja sama dapat terlihat dengan memperhatikan jumlah rata- rata presentase kedua siklus. Oleh karena itu, penerapan model cooperative Learning tipe jigsaw dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu alternatif untuk meningkatkan kerja sama siswa sekolah dasar.
