Abstract
Guru sebagai sosok pendidik yang memfasilitasi perkembangan potensi peserta didik sudah seharusnya memiliki kompetensi pedagogik yang baik. Sehingga mampu mengimplikasikan kompetensi pedagogik dalam proses mendidik. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi kompetensi pedagogik dalam tiga hal, yaitu pada perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian fenomenologi. Subjek penelitian adalah empat orang gurui. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat sejumlah kompetensi pedagogik yang guru yakini dan implementasikan dalam pembelajaran di kelas diantaranya adalah memahami karakteristik peserta didik, menguasai teori belajar, mengembangkan kurikulum, mendidik, memanfaatkan teknologi, memfasilitasi perkembangan peserta didik, berkomunikasi secara efektif, empatik dan santun, dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran.----- Teachers as educators who facilitate the development of potential learners should have good pedagogic competence. So as to imply pedagogic competence in the process of educating. The research aims to investigate pedagogic competence in three ways, namely learning planning, learning implementation, and evaluation of learning. This research uses phenomenology research method. Research subjects were four gurui. The results show that there are a number of pedagogic competencies that teachers believe in and implement in classroom learning such as understanding the characteristics of learners, mastering learning theories, developing curriculum, educating, utilizing technology, facilitating the development of learners, communicating effectively, empathically and courteously, and evaluate learning.
