Abstract
Efektivitas metode pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh guru tidak seluruhnya dapat diterima peserta didik, karena setiap peserta didik memiliki gaya belajar yang beragam. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis 1) pengaruh metode demonstrasi terhadap kemampuan peserta didik tipe gaya belajar visual. 2) pengaruh metode demonstrasi terhadap kemampuan peserta didik tipe gaya belajar auditory 3) pengaruh metode demonstrasi terhadap kemampuan peserta didik tipe gaya belajar kinestetik 4) perbedaan pengaruh metode demonstrasi terhadap kemampuan peserta didik tipe gaya belajar visual, audiotori, dan kinestetik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen, subjek penelitian ini adalah 66 peserta didik SMA Pasundan 3 Bandung dan 78 Peserta didik SMA Pasundan 7 Bandung. Variabel dalam penelitian ini metode demonstrasi, gaya belajar, dan kemampuan konservasi. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan Independen Sampel t Test, Uji Man Whitney u Test, dan One Way Anova. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan terdapat pengaruh pengaruh metode demonstrasi terhadap kemampuan konservasi pada peserta didik tipe gaya belajar visual, audiotori, dan kinestetik, nilai N-Gain peserta didik dari pengaruh metode pembelajaran demonstrasi terhadap kemampuan konservasi masuk dalam kategori tinggi dan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang siginifikan antara peserta didik yang memiliki tipe gaya belajar visual, audiotori maupun kinestetik. Metode demonstrasi bisa digunakan untuk seluruh tipe gaya belajar. The effectiveness of teaching methods used by teachers is not entirely acceptable to learners, because each learner has a variety of learning styles. The purpose of this study is to analyze 1) the influence of demonstration methods on the ability of learners type visual learning style. 2) the influence of demonstration methods on the learner's ability type of auditory learning style 3) the influence of demonstration methods on the ability of learners kinesthetic style learning style 4) the difference of influence of demonstration methods on the ability of learners type visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning styles. This research uses experimental method, this research subject is 66 students of SMA Pasundan 3 Bandung and 78 Pasundan 7 Bandung High School Students. Variables in this research are demonstration method, learning style, and conservation ability. Data analysis techniques using Independent Samples t-Test, Whitney U Test Test, and One Way ANOVA. The results of this study show that there is influence of demonstration method to conservation ability in learners of visual, auditory, and kinesthetic style of learning style, N-Gain value of learners from the influence of demonstration learning method to conservation ability included in high category and there is no significant difference between learners who have a type of visual learning style, auditory or kinesthetic. Demonstration methods can be used for all types of learning styles
