Abstract

The purpose of this research is to answer the general problem whether course review horay learning model application has influence on students’ activeness in learning science subject in SMPN 29 Bandung. Specifically this research would like to find out whether the application of the model influence students’ activiness visual activities, oral activities and emotional activities. This research used quasi experimental method with time series design. The instrument of this research was close-question questionnaire, observation form and interview. The technic sampling of this research is purposive sampling. The result of this research is the student learning activeness in visual activities, oral activities and emotional activities after the application of course review horay learning model improved significantly during the process of learning. The conclusion is course review horay learning model application influenced students’ activeness in learning abnormalitas and disorders of degisitive system human materials in visual activities, oral activities and emotional activities aspect. The result of this research is to give some recommendation for teachers and for the next researcher to use variative learning model in learning process such as this course review horay learning model to improve the of activeness of learning. ---- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab rumusan masalah penelitian secara umum yaitu apakah penerapan model pembelajaran course review horay berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keaktifan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA di SMP Negeri 29 Bandung. Secara lebih spesifik, apakah terdapat perbedaan keaktifan belajar siswa dalam aspek visual activities, oral activities dan emotional activities pada mata pelajaran IPA antara sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan model pembelajaran course review horay di SMP Negeri 29 Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian Time Series Design. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket bentuk tertutup, lembar observasi dan wawancara. Teknik yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelelitian ini yaitu kekatifan belajar siswa aspek visual activities, oral activities dan emotional activities yang telah diterapkan model pembelajaran course review horay lebih mengalami peningktan, hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan adanya peningktan hasil belajar dan proses dalam pembelajaran yang lebih signifikan. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan model pembelajaran course review horay berpengaruh terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa aspek visual activities, oral activities dan emotional activities pada materi kelainan dan gangguan pada sistem pencernaan manusia. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan saran kepada guru dan peneliti selanjutnya untuk menerapkan model yang variatif dalam proses pembelajaran seperti model pembelajaran course review horay dalam rangka meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa.
