Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil belajar siswa yang belum mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimal yang telah ditentukan pada mata pelajaran ekonomi dilihat dari hasil penilaian akhir semester ganjil SMAN 1 Karangnunggal tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsep diri dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey eksplanatori. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 175 siswa kelas X dan XI IIS, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 175 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (i) konsep diri berada pada kategori tinggi, motivasi belajar pada kategori tinggi, dan hasil belajar berada pada kategori rendah; (ii) konsep diri berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar; (iii) konsep diri berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar; (iv) motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran ekonomi;--- This research is motivated by the result of student learning that has not reached the minimum completeness criteria that have been determined on economic subject seen from the results of the end of odd semester SMAN 1 Karangnunggal academic year 2016/2017. This study aims to determine the effect of self-concept and learning motivation on student learning outcomes. The research method uses explanatory survey. The population in this study were 175 students of class X and XI IIS SMAN 1 Karangnunggal, with a total sample of 175 students. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling. Data analysis technique uses is path analisis. The results showed that (i) self-concept is high category, learning motivation in high category, and learning outcomes are in low category;(ii) self concept has a positive effect on learning motivation; (iii) self concept has appositive effect on learning outcomes; (iv)learning motivation has a positive effect on learning outcomes on economic subjects.
