Abstract

Tujuan khusus penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan model buku panduan untuk membekali guru-guru SD yang didasarkan pada Keterampilan Berpikir Kreatif (KBKre) yang ditunjukkan dalam hal merencanakan, menilai, dan melaksanakan pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R & D) untuk menghasilkan produk program PKGRT yang sudah diujicobakan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam hal KBKre. Subyek ujicoba sebanyak 49 guru. Instrumen-instrumen yang digunakan sebagai berikut: rubrik validasi instrumen program PKGRT; tes KBKre guru; lembar analisis RPP; lembar analisis asesmen kreatif; lembar observasi dan rekaman video pembelajaran; angket pelaksanaan PKGRT. Prosedur penelitian yang dilakukan sebagai berikut: tahap studi pendahuluan, tahap pengembangan program PKGRT, dan tahap pengujian. Analisis data yang dilakukan sebagai berikut: analisis data tahap studi pendahuluan dianalisis secara deskriptif; analisis data tahap pengembangan program PKGRT dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk penyempurnaan draft program PKGRT; analisis data tahap pengujian dilakukan uji perbedaan dua rata-rata untuk mengetahui tingkat signifikansi implementasi dari program PKGRT. Hasil-hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: seperangkat program Pembekalan Kompetensi Guru Berbasis Reflective Teaching (PKGRT) yang sudah diujicobakan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru SD dalam hal KBKre berupa Buku panduan PKGRT dan instrumen-instrumen. Rekomendasi dari penelitian sebagai berikut: PKGRT perlu dilanjutkan; Lembaga-lembaga Pendidikan dan Tenaga Kependidikan (LPTK) dapat melakukan pola pendampingan yang dilakukan pada PKGRT, PKGRT bisa diterapkan dalam Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) SD;--- The specific purpose of this research is to produce the manual book model to debrief the ES teachers based on the Creative Thinking Skills (CreTS) shown in terms of planning, assessing, and implementing learning. The research method used in this research is Research and Development (R & D) to produce a proven product of PKGRT program that already tested to improve teacher competence in CreTS. The sample of this research is 49 teachers. The instruments used are as follow: instrument validation rubric of PKGRT program; CreTS teacher test; RPP analysis sheets; creative assessment analysis sheet; observation sheet and learning video recording; and questionnaire of implementation of PKGRT. The research procedure is carried out as follows: preliminary study, development stage of PKGRT program, and testing stage. Data analysis conducted as follows: data analysis of preliminary study is analyzed descriptively; data analysis of development stage of PKGRT program is analyzed descriptively for the improvement of PKGRT program draft; the data analysis of the testing phase is tested by two average to know the level of significance of implementation of PKGRT program. The results of this study are: a set of Teacher Competency Training Program Based on Reflective Teaching (PKGRT) Courses that already tested to improve the competence of ES teacher in CreTS (Handbook and instruments). The recommendation of this research are as follows: PKGRT needs to be continued; Institutions of Education and Teaching Personnel (LPTK) can do the guidance pattern conducted by PKGRT, PKGRT can be applied on Teacher Professional Education (PPG) SD
