Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana implementasi kurikulum di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Terpadu Darussalam Rajapolah mengenai implementasi kurikulum boarding school. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan ada beberapa hal yang menarik, yaitu kurikulum yang diterapkan, adanya kegiatan pembiasaan dan keteladanan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman keagamaan, adanya penjadwalan kegiatan yang teratur dan pola asuh yang baik bagi perkembangan siswa.. Penelitian ini menjawab permasalahan penelitian yang telah dirumuskan, yaitu “Bagaimana implementasi kurikulum boarding school di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Terpadu Darussalam Rajapolah dalam mengembangkan karakter peserta didik?”. Secara lebih rinci rumusan masalah terdiri dari: Bagaimana tujuan kurikulum, isi/materi kurikulum, implementasi metode/strategi kurikulum, evaluasi kurikulum dan pengaruh beban belajar kurikulum Boarding School di SMP Terpadu Darussalam Rajapolah dalam mengembangkan peserta didik? Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa angket, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 46 orang. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah dengan perhitungan skor total tiap instrumen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa, (1) Tujuan kurikulum SMP Terpadu Darusssalam Rajapolah dikatakan sangat baik, karena tujuan kurikulum dirumuskan berdasarkan domain serta aspek-aspek tujuan kurikulum. (2) Isi/Materi kurikulum boarding school di SMP Terpadu Darussalam Rajapolah dapat dikatakan sangat baik berdasarkan aspek, ruang lingkup, serta penggunaan sumber bahan ajar yang tepat, (3) Implementasi metode/strategi kurikulum SMP Terpadu Darussalam Rajapolah sesuai dengan kebutuhan materi pembelajaran dan kebutuhan siswa, (4) Evaluasi kurikulum di SMP Terpadu Darussalam dapat dikatakan baik karena evaluasi dilakukan secara menyeluruh terhadap seluruh komponen kurikulum, (5) Pengaruh beban belajar kurikulum boarding school dalam mengembangkan peserta didik dinilai baik. Dengan adanya pembiasaan karakter peserta didik dikembangkan membentuk karakter yang baik.;---This study was conducted with the aim to describe how the implementation of curriculum in Integrated High School Darussalam Rajapolah on the implementation of boarding school curriculum. Based on preliminary study there are some interesting things, namely the applied curriculum, the existence of habituation and exemplary in improving religious understanding, the scheduling of regular activities for students both at school and in the dorm so as to trigger students' sense of discipline, and a good parenting pattern for Student development. This study answers the problem of study which have been formulated, that is “how implementation of boarding school curriculum at integrated junior high school Darussalam Rajapolah in developing character of learners? In detail more problem formulation consist of: how are curriculum objectives, contents or materials, methods or strategies, evaluations and influences of learning load boarding school curriculum in developing the characters of learners. This study uses descriptive method with quantitative approach. The research instruments used are quetionnaires, interviews and documentary studies. The sampling technique is done by purposive sampling with sample size of 46 respondents. The data analysis technique is done by calculating the total score of each instrument. In particular, the conclusion of the study can be described as: (1) curriculum objectives Integrated integrated junior high school Darussalam Rajapolah are very good because its curriculum objectives formulated by domain and aspects of the curriculum. (2) Boarding school curriculum contents or materials in integrated junior high school Darussalam Rajapolah are very good on aspects, scope and the usage of appropriate resource materials. (3) Boarding school curriculum methods or strategies in integrated junior high school Darussalam Rajapolah are very good according to the students and the learning material needs. (4) Evaluations of curriculum in integrated junior high school Darussalam Rajapolah is good because the evaluation is done thoroughly towards all curriculum components. (5) The influences of the learning load of the boarding school curriculum in the developing the character of the learners is considered good. With the habituation, the character of learners developed to form a good character.
