Abstract
Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar mengajar pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan kewarganegaraan di SMAN 6 Bandung teridentifikasi beberapa masalah yang dihadapi oleh guru, terutama proses pembelajaran yang kurang inovatif yang menyebabkan kurangnya partisipasi aktif dan kritis peserta didik. Maka, guru kemudian menerapkan model pembelajaran PKn berbasis portofolio sebagai upaya untuk membina kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Dengan model ini, peserta didik dituntut untuk mencari informasi ke luar sekolah, membuat laporan dalam bentuk portofolio, menampilkan hasil kajian portofolio, sampai dengan menyimpulkan sendiri hasil pembelajarannya. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif serta metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Guru merencanakan pembelajaran Pkn berbasis portofolio secara baik dan terstruktur sesuai pedoman kurikulum 2013. 2) Proses penerapan model pembelajaran PKn berbasis portofolio dilakukan selama dua pertemuan dan selama itu peserta didik belajar untuk mencari, mengklasifikasi, mengelola informasi sampai dengan bisa menyimpulkan sendiri hasil pencariannya. 3) Proses evaluasi yang dilakukan guru terbagi menjadi tiga bagian, yaitu penilaian kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor. Peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik dengan model portofolio dapat dikatagorikan sangat baik secara individu ataupun kelompok. 4) ciri khas penerapan model pembelajaran PKn berbasis portofolio di SMAN 6 Bandung yaitu a) guru selektif dalam menentukan kompetensi dasar yang akan diterapkan model pembelajaran berbasis portofolio, b) terjadi kegiatan musyawarah yang sangat interaktif antara guru dengan peserta didik, dan peserta didik dengan peserta didik lainnya dalam proses belajar mengajar, c) adanya penampilan yel-yel yang unik sebelum presentasi hasil portofolio, dan d) penggunaan soal uraian dalam mengukur kemampuan berpikir kritis dalam ranah kognitif.----- In the implementation of teaching and learning activities in the subjects of citizenship education in SMAN 6 Bandung identified some of the problems faced by the teachers, especially the less innovative learning process which causes a lack of active participation and critical learners. Then, the teacher try to apply a Civics learning model based of portfolio in an effort to foster critical thinking skills of students. With this model, students are required to seek information outside of school, make a report in the form of portfolio, featuring the results of the study of the portfolio, up to their own conclusions learning outcomes. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach as well as the method used is descriptive method. The collection of data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that: 1) Teachers plan Civic learning model based of portfolio and structured curriculum as per the guidelines of 2013. 2) The process of implementation of Civic learning model based of portfolio conducted during two meetings during which students learn to locate, classify, manage information up to can conclude their own search results. 3) The process of evaluation of teachers is divided into three parts, namely the assessment of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. Improved critical thinking skills of students with a model portfolio can be categorized very well as individuals or groups. 4) The hallmark of the implementation of Civic learning model based of portfolio in SMAN 6 Bandung that: a) teachers selective in determining the basic competencies that will be applied learning model based of portfolio, b) going to conduct discussions are highly interactive between teachers and students, and students with participants other students in the learning process, c) the appearance of a unique yells before the presentation of the results of the portfolio, and d) a description about the use of critical thinking skills in assessing the cognitive domains.
