Abstract

Minang Fantasy Waterpark and Resort merupakan salah satu taman bermain yang berada di provinsi Sumatera Barat tepatnya di kota Padang Panjang. Dibuka sejak tahun 2007, Minang Fantasy Waterpark and Resort ramai didatangi oleh pengunjung. Namun meskipun sudah dikatakan ramai, pada kenyataan banyak pengunjung yang mengeluhkan ketidak sesuaian antara apa yang diharapkan pengunjung dengan kenyataan yang mereka rasakan terkait aktivitas rekreasi yang terdapat di Minang Fantasy Waterpark and Resort. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa adanya ketidakpuasan terhadap pengunjung yang datang ke Minang Fantasy Waterpark and Resort. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pengunjung terhadap aktivitas rekreasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan dengan menggunakan teknik Probability Sampling atau Simple Random Sampling, dimana sampling tersebut dilakukan secara acak namun dengan batas ketentuan batas umur minimal yaitu 17 tahun dengan menggunakan kuisioner yang disebar kepada 100 responden yaitu pengunjung Minang Fantasy Waterpark and Resort. Untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengunjung terhadap aktivitas rekreasi peneliti menggunakan Importance Performance Analysis dengan rumus customer satisfaction milik Kotler (2004). Hasil penelitian ini, terdapat ketidak puasan yang dirasakan pengunjung terhadap setiap indikator yang telah ditentukan oleh peneliti;--- Minang Fantasy Waterpark and Resort is one of the theme park playgrounds located in the province of West Sumatra precisely in the city of Padang Panjang. Opened since 2007, Minang Fantasy Waterpark and Resort is crowded with visitors. In fact many visitors who complained about the incompatibility between what visitors expectation with the reality they feel related to recreational activities contained in Minang Fantasy Waterpark and Resort. This shows that there is dissatisfaction with visitors who come to Minang Fantasy Waterpark and Resort. This study aims to identify and analyze the level of visitor satisfaction with recreational activities. The method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative approach, and by using the technique of Probability Sampling or Simple Random Sampling, where the sampling is done randomly with the limit of minimum age of 17 years using questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents to know the level of visitor satisfaction on recreational activities, the researcher uses Importance Performance Analysis with Kotler's customer satisfaction formula (2004). The results of this study, there is dissatisfaction felt by visitors for indicator that has been determined by researchers.
