Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar keterampilan senam lantai siswa melalui modifikasi media dan alat bantu di SMP Negeri 1 Cimahi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri atas tahapan perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Penelitian dilaksanakan kepada siswa kelas VII C SMP Negeri 1 Cimahi yang terdiri dari 35 orang siswa. Proses penelitian pada setiap siklus dan tindakan melakukan berbagai tugas gerak yang dengan menggunakan modifikasi media dan alat bantu. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumen dari Schembri. Semua data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan presentase, nilai keterampilan pembelajaran senam lantai pada observasi awal untuk guling belakang 36%, sikap lilin 40%, headstand 33%, handstand 30%, dan rangkaian gerak 35%. setelah dilakukan penelitian, nilai keterampilan siswa menjadi 74% untuk guling belakang, 72% untuk sikap lilin, 70% untuk headstand, 64% untuk handstand, dan 70% untuk rangkaian gerak. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa memodifikasi media dan alat bantu pembelajaran keterampilan senam lantai di sekolah dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pendidikan jasmani siswa.;---The purpose of this research is to improve student’s gymnastic learning results through media and tools modifications in SMPN 1 Cimahi. The methods used in this study is an action research class method that consists of the stages of planning actions, implementation measures, observation, and reflection. The research was carried out to the students of Class VIIth C SMPN 1 Cimahi which consisting of 35 students. The research process is divided into two cycles that comprised of four actions. Any act is using various motion task that is packaged in a modified form of media and tools. The data was collected by using Schembri’s instruments. All collected data is analyzed using percentage, which is, the scores of learning gymnastics skills on initial observation are 36% for back roll, 40% for candle posture, 30% for handstand, 33% for headstand, and 35% of rhythmic gymnastics. After the research is completed, the students’s scores become 74% for back roll, 72% for candle posture, 70% for headstand, 64% for handstand, and 70% for rhythmic gymnastics Based on the result of these analysis, it was concluded that modifying the media and tools for learning gymnastics skills at school could improve the student’s physical education learning results.
