Abstract

Skripsi yang diberi judul “Teknik Permainan Widya Febiyanti Pada “Cello Sonata No. 1 In E Minor” Bagian Pertama Karya Johannes Brahms” ini disusun atas dasar ketertarikan peneliti terhadap teknik permainan beserta interpretasi yang dimainkan oleh Widya Febiyanti. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui teknik Fingering dan Bowing yang dimainkan oleh Widya sebagai hal yang menarik untuk diteliti. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mempermudah, dan mengetahui penggunaan teknik yang tepat sehingga dapat meghasilkan bunyi yang lebih baik serta mengetahui karakter warna bunyi yang di harapkan. Untuk mengungkap hal-hal tersebut, proses penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik, yang dimaksudkan untuk memberikan gambaran secara sistematis dan faktual berdasarkan data-data yang diperoleh dari narasumber. Hasil temuan penelitian teknik Fingering pada karya tersebut diantaranya teknik Double Stop, Shifting, Vibrato, Natural Harmonic, Left-hand Pizzicato, dan berbagai penggunaan posisi Fingering dari posisi 1st hingga 9th yang cukup kompleks. Pada teknik Bowing, ada beberapa teknik dalam karya ini diantaranya teknik Sul Tasto, Detache, Playing Chord, Crossing Strings, Tenuto, Pizzicato, Stacato, Accent dan berbagai penggunaan posisi pada Bow. Secara keseluruhan, seluruh teknik tersebut memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam karya ini, terutama berhubungan dengan pengkalimatan musik. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka peneliti menyarankan agar analisator lebih mengenal dan menguasai terlebih dahulu karya musik yang akan diteliti, agar mempermudah analisis yang akan dilakukan. ---------- The research entitled "Playing Techniques by Widya Febiyanti for Cello Sonata No.1 In E Minor First Movement by Johannes Brahms" is structured on the basis of the researcher's interest in the playing technique used in it. Fingering and Bowing by Widya as an interesting thing to be studied. The purpose of this research is to make it easier, and to know the proper use of the technique so that it can produce good sound and correct and get the character of the desired sound color. To reveal these things, the research process is done by using analytical descriptive method, which is intended to provide a systematic, factual, and accurate description of the facts along with certain properties contained in the object of research. The findings of the Fingering technique include Double Stop, Shifting, Vibrato, Natural Harmonic, Left-hand Pizzicato, and various Fingering positioning positions from 1st to 9th positions are quite complex. In Bowling techniques, as well as Sul Tasto, Detache, Playing Chord, Crossing Strings, Tenuto, Pizzicato, Stacato, Accent and various use of position on Bow. Overall, all of these techniques have a very important role in this work, especially on phrasing the music. Based on the research that has been done, the researchers suggested that the analyst more familiar with and mastered the first musical work to be studied, in order to facilitate the analysis will be done.
