Abstract

Penggunaan media video tutorial dalam proses pembelajaran akan menghasilkan perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan media video tutorial terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Teknik Pengolahan Video kelas XII di SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung. Rumusan masalah umum dalam penelitian ini yaitu “Apakah terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik antara yang menggunakan media video tutorial dengan metode demonstrasi pada mata pelajaran teknik pengolahan video di SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung?”. Sedangkan rumusan masalah khusus dalam penelitian ini yaitu “Apakah terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik yang menggunakan media video tutorial dengan peserta didik yang menggunakan metode demonstrasi pada aspek berpikir lancar (Fluency), aspek berpikir luwes (Flexibility), Aspek berpikir merinci (Elaboration) dan aspek berpikir keaslian (Originality) pada mata pelajaran Teknik Pengolahan Video di SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung?”. Metode yang diunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan secara umum menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik yang menggunakan media video tutorial dengan peserta didik yang menggunakan metode demonstrasi pada mata pelajaran Teknik Pengolahan Video kelas XII di SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan hasil tes kemampuan berpikir kreatif pada kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan media video tutorial didapatkan hasil gain rata-rata posttest sebesar 53,64 sementara pada kelas kontrol yang menggunakan metode demonstrasi hasil gain rata-rata posttest sebesar 38,72.------------ The use of media video tutorial in the learning process will result in differences in creative thinking ability of learners. This study aims to describe and analyze the influence of the use of media video tutorial on the creative thinking ability of learners on the subjects of Video Processing Technique XII in SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung. The general formulation of problems in this research was "Is there any difference of creative thinking ability among learners using video tutorial with demonstration method on video processing technique in SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung?". While the specific formulation of problems in this research was "Is there difference of creative thinking ability of learners using video tutorial media with learners using demonstration method on the aspect of thinking Fluency, Flexibility thinking aspect, Elaboration aspect, and the aspect of thinking originality on the subject of Video Processing Techniques in SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung? ". The method used in this research is quasi experimental method with Nonequivalent Control Group Design research design. The sampling technique used is saturation sampling. The results of research that has been done in general shows that there are differences in the ability of creative thinking of learners who use video tutorial media with students who use the method of demonstration on the subjects of Video Processing Techniques XII in SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung. This is indicated by the results of the test of creative thinking ability in the experimental class that uses video tutorial media obtained the posttest average gain of 53.64 while in the control class using the method of demonstration of posttest average gain of 38.72.
