Abstract

Komunikasi merupakan bagian penting dalam kehidupan manusia sejak awal kehidupan. Bertambahnya usia mengakibatkan kebutuhan berkomunikasi semakin banyak dan semakin kompleks, karena semua yang dialami individu pada umumnya terkait dengan bahasa serta kebutuhan berkomunikasipun menjadi semakin penting. Peneliti melihat di SLB - B Prima Bha kti Mulia terdapat anak yang mengalami hambatan pendengaran , mereka berkomunikasi secara verbal dengan guru dan orang disekitar lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran yang objektif mengenai penerapan komunikasi verbal pada a nak dengan hambatan pendengaran khususnya kelas persiapan di SLB - B Prima Bhakti Mulia Bandung, adapun fokus masalah yang diteliti berupa beberapa pertanyaan penelitian yaitu kondisi objektif siswa, program pembelajaran, pelak sanaan program pembelajaran , pe ran orang tua sebagai faktor pendukung dalam penerapan komunikasi verbal. Pen elitian ini menggunakan metode d eskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, peneliti mengamati penerapan komunikasi verbal dan menyajikan data berupa deskriptif, menganalisa serta men ginterpretasikan data. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan observasi. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan teknik . Penelitian ini terdiri dari delapan subjek, dua guru dan enam anak. Hasil pene litian kondisi objektif siswa TR sering kehilangan suara di pertengahan kata, FA hanya jelas huruf di awal saja dari suatu kata selanjutnya suaranya menghilang, RM dan AR mengungkapkan keinginannya dengan baik, dan artikulasi yang jelas, AS dan VA susah b erkonsentrasi ketika belajar. Program pembelajaran Menyiapkan RPP , mengatur keterarahwajahan , keterarahsuaraan, melakukan asesmen. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran guru menerapkan Metode Maternal Reflektif untuk memberikan pembendaharaan kata. P eran orang tua ter hadap perkembangan anaknya dengan cara sikap membuka diri bagi orang tua berdiskusi dengan guru , adanya pertemuan kelas, pemberian latihan di rumah dan pembuatan kartu perkembangan anak. Kata Kunci: Komunikasi Verbal dan Anak dengan Hambatan Pendengaran, Communication is an important part of human life since the beginning of life. Increasing age causes the need to communicate more and more complex, because all experienced by individuals in general related to the language and communication needs becomes increasingly important. Researchers looked at SLB - B Prima Bhakti Mulia, a child who experienced a hearing impairment communicating verbally with teachers and people around the school environment. This study aims to ob tain an objective description the the implementation of verbal communication in children with hearing impairment, especially the preparation classes in SLB - B Prima Bhakti Mulia Bandung, while the focus of the problem studied in the form of some research questions are objective conditions of students, learni ng programs, implementation of learning programs, the role of parents as a supporting factor in the application of verbal communication. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach, researcher observe the application of verbal communica tion and present data in the form of descriptive, analyze and interpret data. Data collection techniques used were interviews and observation. Technique examination of data validity using technique of triangulation of source and technique. The study consis ted of eight subjects, two teachers and six children. The results of the objective study of the TR students often lose their voice in the middle of the word, the FA is only clear the letters at the beginning of a word then the voice disappears, RM and AR e xpress their wishes well, and clear articulation, US and VA difficult to concentrate when learning. Lesson plans Preparing RPP, arranging the history of the people, giving direction, conducting the assessment. The implementation of teacher learning applies the Reflective Maternal Method to provide vocabulary. The role of parents to the development of their children by way of opening up for parents to discuss with the teacher, the class meeting, giving home exercise and card development of children Keywords : Verbal Communication and Children with Hearing Impairment
