    Abstract

    Komunitas Unit Minat Bakat Keroncong Lapislegit di Departemen Musik Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia mempunyai beberapa grup Orkes Keroncong dengan ciri khas nya masing-masing, sehingga ciri khas tersebut menjadi identitas dan hasil terbaik dari proses pelatihan suatu grup orkes keroncong. Karena hal tersebut peneliti akan memaparkan suatu strategi yang diterapkan dalam proses pelatihan musik keroncong oleh salah satu grup orkes keroncong, yaitu OK Midaleudami. Orkes Keroncong Midaleudami ini menggunakan pelatihan musik keroncong dengan menggunakan metode tutor sebaya, karena tidak mempunyai pelatih keroncong akan tetapi mereka bisa membuat karya yang menarik perhatian grup-grup keroncong lainnya. Dengan demikian peneliti mengambil judul “Pelatihan Musik Keronocng di Orkes Keroncong Midaleudami pada Departemen Pendidikan Musik Melalui Metode Tutor Sebaya”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pelatihan musik keroncong dan hasil yang telah dicapai setelah melaksanakan pelatihan musik keroncong di Orkes Keroncong Midaleudami pada Departemen Pendidikan Musik dengan menggunakan metode tutor sebaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil temuan penelitian, tidak sedikit prestasi yang diraih OK Midaleudami dan keberhasilan dari hasil proses pelatihannya menggunakan pelatihan tutor sebaya yang mampu membuat OK Midaleudami menjadi perhatian banyak peminat keroncong sehingga eksistensinya pun tidak diragukan lagi. Peneliti berharap dengan penelitian ini, mahasiswa maupun masyarakat luas mampu mengembangkan musik keroncong dan mengakui keberadaanya.
    The Community of Interest and Talent Units Keroncong Lapislegit at Music Department, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia has several groups of keroncong orchestra group with their own characteristic, so that these characteristic becomes the identity and the best result of the training process of a group of keroncong orchestra. Because of that, the researchers will describe a strategy that is applied in the process of the training of keroncong music by one of the keroncong orchestra groups, which is Midaleudami KO. Midaleudami Keroncong Orchestra uses keroncong music training with using the peer tutor methods, because they do not have a keroncong trainer but they can create works that attract the attention of any other keroncong groups. Thus the researchers took the title, "Keroncong Music Training at Midaleudami Keroncong Orchestra on Music Education Department through Peer Tutor Method". This study aims to determine the process of training keroncong music and the results that have been achieved after performing keroncong music training in Keroncong Midaleudami Orchestra on the Ministry of Music Education by using tutor peer method. The method used in this research is descriptive method through qualitative approach. Based on the findings of the research, not a few achievements achieved by Midaleudami KO and the success of the results of the training process using peer tutor training that is able to make Midaleudami KO become the attention of many keroncong enthusiasts so that its existence is no doubt. The researcher hopes that with this research, students and the wider community are able to develop keroncong music and acknowledge its existence.
