Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah pengembangan instrumen penilaian kinerja dengan teknik peer dan self assessment untuk menilai kinerja siswa SMA pada praktikum sistem koloid. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan instrumen penilaian kinerja yang valid dan reliabel untuk menilai kinerja siswa pada praktikum sistem koloid. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 30 siswa disalah satu SMA di Kota Bandung. Penelitian dilakukan meggunakan metode pengembangan dan validasi yang dikembangkan oleh Adam & Wieman. Tahap pengembangan bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan dan materi dalam penilaian kinerja pada praktikum sistem koloid hingga diperoleh 23 task atau aspek kinerja disertai dengan 4 buah rubrik penskoran. Tahap validasi meliputi validitas isi, reliabilitas dan keterlaksanaan instrumen peer dan self assessment untuk menilai kinerja siswa SMA pada praktikum sistem koloid. Berdasarkan hasil validasi isi menggunakan Content Validity Ratio (CVR) diperoleh 21 task atau aspek kinerja yang dinyatakan valid. Uji reliabilitas dilakukan dengan membandingkan nilai Cronbach Alpha hasil penilaian terhadap 4 siswa pada putaran pertama dan 6 orang siswa pada putaran ke dua yang dinilai oleh 3 observer. Nilai Cronbach Alpha yang diperoleh berturut-turut 0,94 dan 0,87, nilai tersebut menunjukkan reliabilitas penilaian kinerja pada 4 siswa lebih baik. Hasil uji keterlaksanaan instrumen peer dan self assessment terhadap 20 orang siswa yang dibagi kedalam lima kelompok diperoleh nilai korelasi Pearson yang menunjukkan keterlaksanaan peer dan self assessment termasuk kategori baik.----------The research conducted is the development of performance assessment instruments with peer and self assessment techniques to assess the performance of high school students on the colloidal system practicum. This study aims to produce a valid and reliable performance assessment instrument to assess student performance on a colloidal system practicum. Research subjects as many as 30 students in one high school in Bandung. The research was conducted using the development and validation method developed by Adam & Wieman. Development phase aims to analyze the needs and materials in performance appraisal on colloidal system practice to get 23 task or aspect of performance accompanied by 4 rubric scoring. Validation stage includes content validity, reliability and implementation of peer instrument and self assessment to assess high school student performance on colloidal system practice. Based on the results of content validation using Content Validity Ratio (CVR) obtained 21 tasks or performance aspects that are declared valid. Reliability test is done by comparing the Cronbach Alpha value of the assessment on 4 students in the first round and 6 students in the second round assessed by 3 observers. The Cronbach Alpha values obtained were 0.94 and 0.87, respectively, indicating the reliability of the performance appraisal on the 4 students better. Result of examination of peer instrument instrument and self assessment toward 20 students divided into five groups obtained Pearson correlation value indicating peer and self assessment is good category.
